I was waiting for a discount or GWP to buy the travel size to take on holiday - but that is an amazing reduction on the full size, so I've snapped that up now instead!

I hadn't even bothered looking at the sale email, so I would have completely missed it if you hadn't posted

I get a birthday voucher for £5 but I found I couldn’t seem to stack it with my beauty drop credit; so I ended up letting it expire as I didn’t want to pay with ‘real’ money (although yes I know, it’s all real money, but it’s the psychology of it).

That’s strange as they are both just gift voucher codes. Mine worked with both, maybe contact Customer Services.

Lots of £5 Beauty bits in the sale if you don’t want to get to £75 for free postage.

Right, I thought it ought to work as well. But although they both seemed to add on successfully in the field where you actually paste them in, the £5 credit from the birthday voucher evaporated from the final total once the other credit voucher was added. I tried a couple of times, it was really odd.

After faffing with it though I just didn't have the energy to contact CS for the sake of a fiver. And now that it's expired, that's an extra layer of complication, so I think I will let this one go. Next year I'll try and deal with it more promptly.

Re the voucher I had this issue with a £10 bonus voucher and then the code for my accumulated credit which was £100 - I was buying the recent wash bag for £75 and it took the £10 fine but as soon as I added the code for my credit the £10 voucher dropped off

I then found after trying again that once I added the code for my accumulate credit there was a button/slide underneath where I could adjust how much credit I wanted to use and that way I could use the £10 bonus voucher + a portion of my accumulated credit

I had a birthday voucher this month. It was sent out on the 1st, expired on Tuesday and my birthday is tomorrow. Nice gesture, but I'd prefer to use it after my birthday when I might have some 'treat' money. I found if you refreshed the page after adding the £5, it then only took off the additional from the BD credit, rather than the full amount.

Did anyone pick up any good sale bargains with their credit? I bought the Barbara Sturm body cream. It’s horrendously expensive even at sale price but I loved the little one in the box about six months ago and have missed it ever since.

That and Oribe Gold Lust shampoo which wasn’t on sale. I bought it on the strength of the British Beauty Blogger review but I think it’s going to be all wrong for my very fine hair.

When is the April box due? Any idea?

There were a couple of things @AprilLady , like the OTO hand cream is reduced to £19 https://www.libertylondon.com/uk/ritual-cbd-hand-balm-75ml-000721823.html but I’ve got a lot to get through, and three different hand creams on my bedside table at the moment. I definitely like to use up. Things I always need to buy and never seem to be on sample or sale are a good face cream and a good sun screen.

Could anyone tell me how long you have to be signed up for before you can receive a quarterly box? I've just found this thread and signed up today.

If they have stock, they might send you the January box followed quickly by the April box. Or since we’re in April now, maybe just the April box which is due around the 18th.

@Ducksinthebath when you’ve used the Sturm body lotion up try Clarins intensive moisture body cream, to me they are identical and the Clarins is a better price. Now if only I could get a dupe for the Sturm rich face cream!

Ooh what’s the John Lewis thing? I’m sure I’m a member, I just get offers of free cake every month (not that I’d ever turn cake down)

I am feeling the absence of the John Lewis boxes too. I am sure they did their online beauty events last March where the ticket price got you a free box. They also have a couple of nice GWPs a year but haven’t seen anything from them since Autumn.

I bought a lovely (and fantastic value!) discovery box from John Lewis in January and noticed that they aren't any currently. Are they the boxes people are talking about?
