@PomRuns same. I’ve received just two emails since signing up in January, one about the sleep edit after it had sold out.

I contacted CS and they advised me to check spam and email settings. I also checked my liberty account to make sure I’m signed up for marketing emails. Nothing has helped so I try and check this thread regularly for updates.

Thanks so much for that, and yes it worked although there was a bit of a glitch with my shopping bag not working but I managed to sort it eventually. So its ordered!

I'll let you know what CS say but it doesn't seem very promising given what they've said to you! I get emails telling me what my beauty drop credit but that's it. I used to get the promotion emails but oddly I don't anymore. I also don't get general Liberty ones either, even though I am subscribed to those as well. The emails are not going into my spam and the email address is not on my blocked contacts so I'm not sure why I'm not receiving them.

Given that there seems to be a problem with some accounts, they could at least make the edits visible to Beauty Drop members when they log into the Liberty website so that we don't have to ask people for a link.

I had issues with emails too. I didn’t receive my last voucher and messaged CS to ask about it. They said I wasn’t opted into emails (I’d checked and I apparently was!) but they’d opted me in. Since then I’ve been getting emails 🤷‍♀️

I also love Verden products but I’m not that tempted by anything else in the box so it’s a pass from me. I probably would’ve bought it if the L:A Bruket body/hand wash was a different scent but I didn’t like the sage, rosemary and lavender body lotion we received in one of the beauty drops. Looking forward to the next Beauty Drop box in April! It’s lovely to have something to look forward to.

My body edit kit has just arrived. I love it. The deodorant smells wonderful. The verden arborealist body balm smells amazing - green and dreamy - love it! I also love the LA bruket - really like herbal scents. I need a body scrub so will use that. Will use the body oil even though I think Augustinus Bader are joke prices in general. Liking a different style of wash bag. So all in all with credit and the extra £10 off I’m delighted with it. It’s another kit like the relax one where Liberty have put genuinely different and appealing products in rather than the tedious usual leftover suspects!

Ooh I have mine too, everything is huge, will take me a pleasant while to work my way through this offering :)

Only ended up costing me a tenner with vouchers and whatnot!

Another one who gets no emails here so thanks for highlighting this. I'm a bit torn. I don't need any of it but that washbag looks lovely and I know I'll use everything except maybe the sage and lavender thing.

Think so. I’ve had one every year for about a decade. It’s only a fiver though.

CS say that they have updated my Liberty Loyalty account settings to "mail". Will be interesting to see if that helps as I thought it was already set to "mail". Reading this thread I also realise that I've never had a birthday voucher even though I've been a member of Liberty's loyalty scheme for years.

I didn’t and I have my mail settings updated after most people got a different voucher and they did it via online chat. I did get a Christmas one Christmas before last though.

It sounds like Liberty have been having email subscription issues for a long time! I’ve had a Liberty loyalty card for years and have never received a birthday voucher.

I get birthday vouchers. See Liberty are having another sale today, not tempted by anything which is good!

I got the venn cream which I think is the one that got given over Xmas. It’s worth 180 got down to 89 today and I got it for free with the vouchers I had
