I read the other day that the queen had this ring cut off her hand had swelled and died a week later.

I had presumed that they were worn for the coronation and only for that.

CPV put and about in Sydney again - I'm not all that keen on this outfit to be honest, not sure why!

I'm not a fan of camel at all, but I'll let Max off because she looked fabulous.

The trousers don't match the jacket. Not a good look.

Slight safari suit vibes from CPV there. Interesting looking bracelet though.

Oh, you're right @MotherofPearl . It does remind me of Charles getting out his wretched safari suit every time he gets beyond Calais.

Haha I quite like a safari suit. Very old school chic in my book.

What's wrong here is that the trousers are too different in fabric/style. Had they been white linen the outfit would have looked much better and it wouldn't have mattered that the jacket and trousers don't match.

I think CPV's trouser suit would have looked nice either all white or all cream. It jars with the two different colours/fabrics.
I love coloured stones so pink rubies would be right up my (Quality!) Street 😂

I like CPV's jacket, I just don't think the trousers match. As you say, @Eaumyword the cream and white together are a bit off.

It's a no from me on CPV's ensemble. The top looks too 80s (and not in a good way) and though I like a wide-leg trouser there is such a thing as too wide!

Please give CPV a break, she obviously got dressed in the dark!

I think the jacket would have looked okay with navy trousers.

I think wide-leg trousers look better with a less bulky top half e.g. a slim-fit silk shirt (tucked in, or french tucked perhaps) or a fitted t-shirt or sweater.

I rather like the Burmese sapphire one. There is some beautiful jewellery on their site: brooches, earrings, bracelets - all of it!

Victoria had the most beautiful outfit on in Sydney - floral lilac with great shoes. Not good at linking pix on phone but will try.

CPV's trouser suit is great - that's a lovely colour and the fit is relaxed without being baggy. Very nice.

Anne is very short, I met her once and she’s hard to see at a distance in a crowded room 😂
