I hope there are others with cult beauty advent who are interested in daily chat about the goodies! It's the first year I have not opened a single door ahead of time

I'm so excited but I may have opened a few doors already...in fairness two were for products I needed and I got DH to go through and find them, one was accidentally as I unpackaged my feel unique one day 25 slid open and then another in CB I just looked in randomly as my urges got the better of me

Thanks for starting the thread. Planning on clearing some space on my bedside table for it tonight. I haven't opened any boxes and haven't looked at the contents since original research so excited to see what we get.

I read through the contents before buying it but I’ve forgotten the majority of them now. Hopefully some of it will still be a surprise!

Morning all. Not sure if there's a time limit on spoilers so I won't say too much but this is exactly the sort of thing I buy advent calendars for. This wouldn't be on my radar to buy in daily life but I'm looking forward to trying it.

I am also 13 hours ahead of the UK due to daylight savings time, so I'll try not to post any spoilers...

We can have time limit but I don't care for it personally. If people don't want spoilers on the day, they can avoid reading the discussion until they open their the treat? I don't mind if people would like one either to be honest

Love day 1 and I have used it before. I transferred some in different bottle with finer spray to use over makeup (old omarovitza mist I did not like as much) but in the summer, I love it as it is in the original bottle. I am nearly out of mine, very happy to get new full size :)

I agree with you @Stokey not something I would usually buy but I have terribly dry skin so I'm looking forward to using it, I've used it as instructed this morning but might keep it on my desk to give my skin a freshen up during the day. When my skin is really bad it tends to start to feel irritated in the afternoons and I'm hoping this will help relieve that!

Not used this before but am looking forward to trying it - I really liked the retinol oil from this brand in last year's calendar

I’m really pleased with this. I’ve a rotten cold at the moment and my face is so dry from tissues. This will be nice to spritz on!

Meh, I’m not so fussed on today’s item.

I’ve given my face a spritz this afternoon over make-up and it could just be water for all the difference it’s made to the feel or look of my skin. I couldn’t detect a scent either.

I will use it up but I can already tell it won’t be replacing my favourite - Pixi Hydrating Milky Mist.

I've not tried it yet, but I'm happy that it is full size! Handy for hot flushes!

It's too strong spray for over makeup I think. Great for hot summer day around the pool or after workout in the heat but over makeup I use different bottle (same product, I just kept the bottle form something else).

I am really happy with today's and it's something I was looking forward to when I saw the contents. I got it as a sample with an order a while ago and really liked it, I have eczema on my scalp which can be quite itchy but this really helped relive it. I normally use a Phillip Kingsley itchy scalp shampoo and I've been wanting to buy this in full size instead but every time I needed a new bottle it was out of stock hence I've not used it again!

I wasn't too impressed but after @MrsMcCulskeyCat I am interested in trying it. I think it's good size, I should be able to get 3 uses out of it

If I remember correctly it smelt like Mint choc chip ice cream which was a bit odd

I absolutely love a scalp scrub (really rate the one from Only Curls) so I’m pleased with this shampoo and looking forward to trying it. I find that physical exfoliation is the only thing that actually helps my flaky scalp. Dandruff products seem to do nothing, even the really strong ones.

I don’t know how I feel about today’s item. I like a good shampoo as much as anyone but not having a matching conditioner really annoys me!
I was rushing out the door yesterday so I haven’t tried yesterday’s item yet but I will do today. It’s more my cup of tea than today’s so I have high hopes for it.

I don't really have a dry scalp so on the fence about this one. Then again DD1 (12) still has cradle cap so I may try it on her and see if it helps. Or keep it till summer holidays as I always find the girls scalps are particularly dry after all the c time in the pool.

I've tried this shampoo before (had a sample size tube). It doesn't lather much but I like the sensation of it. Happy to have a full size.

I was a bit meh about today's item when I saw it but I too have a dry scalp so I'm looking forward to trying it now. Agree it's a shame there's no conditioner as I do like a set but I will give it a go.
