It has to be a stand-alone brand, so no asos or zalando type choices.

Mine is a close call between Cos and Uniqlo. I really like that monochromatic, vaguely Japanese, minimalist but striking look. I only rarely achieve it though.

It'll have to be Uniqlo, I don't really have a Cos lifestyle I don't think. I find the clothes aspirational though.

So what are you going for?

Next. Great petite range and great clearance sales alllllllll of the time. I dont think I've ever bought my clothes full price from there

Uniqlo for me, too.

Whistles too I think since I can’t afford to pick a more designer brand (might be Joseph?). Love cos but couldn’t do it all the time, sometimes I need a frill! Sezane would leave me pretty short on gardening clothes or ‘activewear’

Whistles for me as well. Nice mix of casual and more dressy items. Well cut, decent quality, nod to fashion without being "fashionable".

If I really had to choose just one, it would be & Other Stories, but I’d pine for a couple of others!

Next. Uniqlo I like the look of, but everything just looks very underwhelming on me. At least with Next there is some colour and variety. And affordability. Petite and curvy here.

Sezane is soooo great. Absolutely adore (especially shoes) but I'm not sure I could manage a whole wardrobe
