Any hairdressers? Orangy roots!

So I was quite blonde anyway but with dark stretched roots so thought I'd to blonde all over. I used high lift from Sally's and 9% but the roots are a tad orange! Any advice?? I've tried purple shampoo on dry hair. I was going to try 12% on the roots tomorrow if anyone can advise if this will help?

I do like ur hair op, similar to my own. I was just trying to tell u what the op saying it was green means. It's a really good colour to get back to ur platinum blonde anyway x
