Are these cool/old lady/something else?

I saw these sandals last summer and loved them, but then thought they might in actual fact be awful and old lady like, but I am back looking at them again and cannot tell what they actually look like.

Nah, prefer Birkenstock Arizona. I live in them and love them.

Definitely old lady, but I'm of an age where comfort is important, so if I kept going back to them I'd buy them. Maybe you could dye them, but definitely paint your toenails in a snazzy colour, and wear them for daytime comfort. There are all sorts of ways you could customise them.

Just looked at the Cotton Traders ones, and agree - go for those rather than have the mess of dyeing the Ugg ones.

Depends how you style them out. cropped or skinny jeans and a t-shirt would make them look chic, or a flowy skirt with a blouse tucked in. I can only see them looking old if everything else you're wearing looks old

They're better in black than brown
