Sale buys - indulge me I’m sick

I’ve been in bed all Christmas and on strong antibiotics so have spent far too much time on the internet.... shopping.
I’m interested to know what people are buying. I’m not necessarily looking bargains so much as interesting pieces and ideas for styling them.
I’ve ordered three things so far... and will now stop...
A turquoise satin midi skirt (Wolf and Badger)
A muted pink oversized sweatshirt with pleated sleeves (also Wolf and Badger)
A black oversized (yes it’s a theme) jumper dress from Arket that I plan to wear over the satin midi or incorporate into the mumsnet “Swedish Architect” look. I have half an idea that the sweatshirt will go over the midi too but that would be bold.
What have all you lovely people been buying?
Also any ideas how I can style a turquoise satin (not pleated) midi would be appreciated.

I saw someone earlier mentioning that they were waiting for further reductions on Net A Porter, do we know when this is likely to happen - I’ve seen a few things I kind of like, but not at current prices!

Gah, I misread my notifications. I’m not getting my M&S faux leather skirt yet. I had this earmarked for a New Year’s Eve (at home) outfit

Mine is quite utilitarian and dull as am building up a winter wardrobe.

Lovely satchel cave! A few of my things have arrived! I'm going through my wardrobe now, storing some things and getting rid of others.

My boots have arrived and they only just fasten over jeans! Bit worried I'll break the zip. I've read reviews and it seems to be a common problem. I'm deciding what to do, as they weren't cheap, but if they loosen up a bit with some wearing in, they will be absolutely perfect!

My wonderfully ridiculous sweatshirt has arrived... it’s a keeper but I acknowledge not to everyone’s taste
On the fence about the turquoise midi skirt, I need to try it on with some better undies or shaping tights and see how I feel.

I’m returning all of my Hush order as nothing quite right, so tempted to order a non-sale coat I’ve been obsessing over from Sonder instead, although I haven’t ordered from them before.

Another purchase arrived - wool jumper from Les 100 Ciels. Little bit on the snug side but I’ll blame the Chrimbo Gain for that. Very nice basic piece and not at all itchy, which I often find with pure wool jumpers.

I'm keeping my boots! Having worn them around the house a bit, I think they'll do fine.

I really want a nice cashmere jumper but a lot of the, are cropped, which is not my style! I did find a lovely one in “smoke grey” but a few days after ordering they emailed to say they didn’t have any left in my size

I like that CaveMum. It looks a lot nicer on the model than when it's just lying flat. I have just got a pink jumper, which I love. I'm not entirely sure pink is my colour, but it's very snuggly. I feel like I'm wearing a big marshmallow! I'll see if I can find it, (not cashmere, so probably not what you're looking for, but just in the interest of showing our recent purchases)!

Ooh that does look snuggly! I’m not a fan of roll necks as they make me all itchy but it does look warm!

John Lewis - three dresses (Seasalt, JL, Live unlimited) two bras (Fantasie), two skirts Seasalt), one pair of shoes (Gabor), two jackets (JL) M&S - two bras, one blouse, one jacket, Next - three swimsuits (Speedo), one blouse (live unlimited), one dress (Boden), one jacket (White Stuff)

All bought early on Xmas eve. Hoping I'll be keeping at least one swimsuit, one dress and one bra and one jacket, though I expect I'll have to wait until at least the summer before the Next stuff arrives.
Also the M&S delivery dates are the week after next. JL appear to be the quickest.

So I was wrong. All but the sweater was delivered by Next today. Keeping one swimsuit as hoped and the Seasalt dress. Jacket was scruffy and the top didn't suit me.

Thanks for this - I've just ordered a couple of tops and a dress that I've had my eye on.

Had an email that my first Cos parcel is on its way. Still waiting for John Lewis and WH Smith (but that's only Xmas cards so not so exciting).

DH is still waiting for a Next parcel which he ordered a week before Christmas which has contains part of my Christmas present (perfume). He's not very happy.

I've stocked up on Clinique make up in Christmas gift sets ditto Clarins. Will break the sets up to use/gift. Also some half price Eternity perfume for when I want to smell nostalgic.
