Sale buys - indulge me I’m sick

I’ve been in bed all Christmas and on strong antibiotics so have spent far too much time on the internet.... shopping.
I’m interested to know what people are buying. I’m not necessarily looking bargains so much as interesting pieces and ideas for styling them.
I’ve ordered three things so far... and will now stop...
A turquoise satin midi skirt (Wolf and Badger)
A muted pink oversized sweatshirt with pleated sleeves (also Wolf and Badger)
A black oversized (yes it’s a theme) jumper dress from Arket that I plan to wear over the satin midi or incorporate into the mumsnet “Swedish Architect” look. I have half an idea that the sweatshirt will go over the midi too but that would be bold.
What have all you lovely people been buying?
Also any ideas how I can style a turquoise satin (not pleated) midi would be appreciated.

procrastatron thanks for the tip! The choice of paint colours is insane sometimes! I’ve got quite a specific theme in mind so that always helps

I've got a navy single breasted above knee length Teddy coat for £45 from Dorothy Perkins, originally £59.99.

A cream pearl circle buckle belt from Dorothy Perkins, £6 down from £8.

Black Skechers trainers with memory foam for work - £39 down from £52.

A box of Boots No7 protect & perfect creams, makeup & masks was £80, I got it for £35.

Thanks @Ponks, I'm glad someone else appreciated the coat, but sorry you missed out! Still can't quite believe I'm finally going to get my mitts on it.

I didn't know that about JL and reduced prices - that's amazing. Which coats did you buy? I do like JL own clothing, they do some lovely classic stuff.

My Seasalt order arrived this morning - love everything!

I've just ordered a green striped jersey dress from the People Tree sale along with a full priced cardi I've had my eye on for weeks and it's come back in stock in my size.

Must stop looking for more things to buy now.

I love reading about all your sale buys but you lot are such a bad influence! I've bought more today, another Nuxe set in M&S, with a 100ml huile prodigieuse florale, 40ml day cream, shower gel and a candle all for £18 down from £36,, £73 value. Oh and trainers for my DC!

Ooh my sister gave me the Nuxe advent calendar this year @StrawberryLipstickStateOfMind. I’d never heard of the brand before but it’s lovely stuff, it all smells AMAZING

@JuneFromBethesda it's gorgeous isn't it- I've not had it for a few years but the oil is such a clever product. I've used a little on my hands this afternoon and they feel lovely.

First sale purchase arrived this afternoon! Black wrap dress by Conquistador via Wolf & Badger.

I love it! Very elegant and easily Vera table for work or a night out.

The brand is Conquista and “Vera table” should be “wearable”.

My haul just arrived, love it all! The coat is spot on, exactly what I was after. I was in 2 minds between it and another, but so glad I chose this one.

As much as I love jeans and a t shirt , I also love leggings and a long top/ jumper especially as spending so much time at home atm.

The fishnets are for my braver days

The first of my parcels has arrived, which is the khaki Hush blazer. All of my orders seem to be split into multiple parcels arriving in a random order.

The blazer is lovely but I’m not convinced it’s a keeper as I can’t see myself reaching for it often and I’m trying to be stricter about what goes into my wardrobe.

anyone got anything from Debenhams - I ordered a perfume set and an eyeshadow palette - and the parcel came with those 2 perfume baubles and a Bobbi Brown brush.

Wasn't on the invoice so not a mixed up order - was it just a surprise give it away extra?

My purchases might be a bit on the practical side, but that's all I need at the moment!

I have bought a pair of boots from Seasalt...Tow something they're called...tow path or something. I have gone with the dark brown ones. I love long leather boots and know, if they're comfy and fit well, I'll get a lot of use out of them. A good reduction on them too, so I'm excited to get them!

I also got a jumper from Joules...or maybe it's more of a poncho. Loose fitting cape like thing, in dark pink and white stripes.

Also from Joules, a dark green gilet for under my big rain coat for walks on rainy, cold days, or just over tops or a jumper on nicer days.

M&S high waist jeggings, although, technically these weren't in the sale.

Also some new pants and vests. I'm clearing out all my old things this evening and sending some off to be sold. Storing the rest.

I just bought some new lipsticks. Just had a baby and feeling worn out. It’s amazing what a difference skme blusher and lipstick makes! Mac have 20% off on boots today.

I found naff all today - everything is either not reduced enough or not in my size or wrong colour etc
I put some boots in my online basket (M n S) then talked myself out of them
However I’ve found a gorgeous coat on eBay - just waiting for a response from seller to check measurements
