I saw a thread about what we accept we cannot wear, so I thought a thread about what looks great on us would be nice as well!

For me, scarves and jeans look good on me. Blazers also look very good — and dresses that aren’t too floaty.

Dark eyeliner makes me look sultry, I even fancy myself when I have it on.

Waisty knee-length dresses. Wrap front jumpers.

White deep v neck t shirts make me look crisp and stylish I think. Zara make the best ones.

Skinny jeans.
Dark plum red lipstick.
Winter woollen hat.

Fitted, draped dresses in jewel colours turn me into a siren.

Hats

Knee length or just above the knee fit and flare dresses.
High heels.

I've very much found my own personal uniform and stick to what I know and like.

I agree! Good eye make-up goes a long way!

I love a natural bare look on others but I have to say a good mineral foundation (or Max Factor/L’Oreal if I’m out) goes a long way to evening out my complexion and making my skin look good.

This is a great thread :) It'd be really helpful to know people's height/shape for stealing ideas....
I look best in fitted/tailored clothes (shame - from that POV only - that I don't do an office job needing formal wear any more!). Japanese influenced shapes/colours also suit me. I'm short and slightly built.

In practice 99% of the time I live in baggy trousers and baggy jumpers for comfort and practicality

Blazers, square necks, 3/4 length sleeves, skinny jeans. I’ve got a very petite frame and anything loose or regular fit makes me look like a potato.

Plain no patterns
Greys, blues, pinks, purples, green in muted tones.

Anything with a (subtle) rock chick vibe.

I find jumpsuits on me are flattering, I’m 5ft 7 and size 10/12.

Ankle length trousers, silk shirt, vintage midi length Burberry raincoat, brogues.

Jumpsuits are very flattering on me too. I’d love to find less dressy ones to wear to work. They always seem to be formal ...

Tailored ankle length trousers with a pointy toe stiletto, blouse or polo neck tucked in.

A red or berry lip

Felt fedoras

Midi skirts

Anything "country bumpkin-risqué"

What a nice threat to start OP

Skater dresses falling around the knee. Anything below the knee and I turn into a frump. Skinny jeans. Fitted tops, never T-shirts!

High waisted trousers
Wearing things tucked in or that end just at my waist
Crew or polo necks
Skirts that are either short (with 100 denier opaques) or midi length
Red lipstick, always, even for WFH

I’m 5ft 6 and a hippy size 10

I have a decent waist, so fitted things generally look good on me. 5ft 6, size 8. I have decent legs so a shortish skirt and boots works for me when it’s a bit colder. I like my lips but it’s all masks just now, so focusing on eyes more and it’s all about the eyeliner and mascara. Hats suit me too.

I've got good legs so love short dresses with a denim jacket over in the spring and a leather biker in the autumn.

@Separatedandabitsad....I have this from Barbour, so comfy and can dress it down with a denim jacket and trainers or with a black jacket for work. Very comfy
