I'll join you. Mine arrived today. Last year I had the Liberty one so interested to see how this compares. I think I'm doing well limiting myself to one .... (not counting chocolate ones!)

@LizzieMacQueen You’re doing very well! Mine is meant to be due tomorrow but my Hermes has been so rubbish lately. I’m a little worried.

Ladies, many are reporting the item in day 19 is damaged. If you don't mind spoilers, check yours and contact customer service if any issues

yes, I am sure if there are any issues they will sort them out even if it's January

Can I ask @MiaN - is the damage caused likely to affect the other items? Ie moisture damage.

no, it won't.

I've opened no19 and yes it was damaged 😕 emailed them but not had a reply yet, it's not wet so won't Damage anything else.

They will sort it out I am sure, their customer service is superb. They emailed me back and reordered replacement for me

I wasn't sure to mentioned or not but I have a feeling that the item arrives damaged for everyone, as everyone that have checked or made reveal video said it is. I read they are replacing the item you request. It's all good to say I want surprise but broken item so close to christmas is not part of the surprise I personally am after and I decided to share it here.

However, I have no doubt they will replace it for you in January or if lucky with the post end of December. I am impressed by their customer service!

True, I've had an email offering replacement or a credit for the value of the item on your cult Beauty account. Just hope the replacement arrives intact

Thanks for letting me know. Apparently one particular item is missing from some of the calendars. I know the item but not the day. I think I'll ask my husband or daughter to check all the drawers and to open and check number 19 tonight. I don't want to check as it's my birthday present next month and I don't want to spoil it.

My no 19 is ok. I went through and checked everything was ok when it arrived, all seems to be there. I cant even remember whats in each day nkw

They have shipped another one for me so I don't mind. I am honestly impressed by their customer service compared to issue I am dealing with Liberty right now

Mine was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and is stuck somewhere with Hermes still. Still not had a response from either CB or Hermes but really hope it turns up!

The bottom three drawers of my calendar were all empty just stuffing inside. I only checked as I heard about no19 blusher being broken, which mine was and decided to check everything else.

So disappointed I have emailed cult beauty 😭

Reporting for calendar duty. Glad to see so many people here - I was one of two of us last year (I think) reporting on CB. I wasn’t going to buy it this year but had a FOMO twitch on the day. I haven’t checked it at all, but will have a quick peek at day 19 tomorrow when I get it out of the packing box so thanks for the tip.

I'm just place marking. Got Cult Beauty after seeing the contents last year and I'm really excited to open it tomorrow!

Mine is unboxed and on the window sill waiting for breakfast time tomorrow. I had to be string and not look in the accompanying booklet. I posted over all the items before buying it, but I've tried to forget them after buying it.
