Thought I’d better start a thread for this beauty. No spoilers please! Only post in each appropriate day.

Swaps etc. allowed.

I got Stoned Rose. Orangey. Not a colour I would choose, like that orangey blush the other day. Bit disappointed with the make items, except the Hourglass which is perfect for me.

The lipstick has a lovely texture. The smell reminds me of one I had in young teens, maybe Collection 2000.

I’ve just kept it on while I clean the bathroom (the glamour!) and am weirdly warming to it already. Seems to have settled into a nicer colour and I’m convinced if I had a bit of other slap on too it would look better. I’m not writing it off just yet!

Only found this thread today - but I bought Cult Beauty for DD, who for various reasons hasn't yet opened it.

Was grateful for the tip about Box 19 and the potentially damaged product. DD checked and it was. I emailed Cult Beauty and they have already dispatched a replacement. Pretty impressed.

Unlike Look Fantastic, who don't seem to understand the meaning of 'customer service'.

This is definitely not a flattering shade of lipstick. Who would orange suit? Wondering what skin tone I could gift this to...

I am not sure about that retinol oil to be honest but Jordan Samuel does great videos on routines and you will find the info

It depends on your skin, I uses moisturizers after most serums and sometimes if my skin feels dry oil as well as that.

Yesterday's lipstick is very unflattering colour on my skin, I am not going to be able to use it

I love a candle and have never had a Jo Malone one before. Need to give the smell some more time to decide on...

Not massively keen on the smell of the candle. I have the White Company Fir Tree one and it’s much nicer I think.

@PrincessWatermelon - if you haven’t used retinol before take it slowly. I’d start with every third night. I have sensitive skin and found even the JSS retinol oil made my skin a bit sore although I know lots of people find his retinol very gentle. You can definitely moisturise after. I would cleanse, let your skin dry and then apply the retinol oil. Avoid lips and eye area. After about 10 minutes I would then moisturise but something very simple.

What did you all think overall? Im loving the dr b sturm night serum, would never buy at that price though. Im more convinced my oily skin can handle facial oil now, not so keen on the makeup products and think ive had 4 Huda palettes now, they are just giving them away to get rid. Glad i tried Drunk Elephant and decided its ok but not something i want to purchase in future.

It was okay overall, I knew what I was getting because I read through the list and pondered whether or not it was worth it for me, weighed up what I definitely knew I wasn’t going to keep and what might potentially not be for me and decided that what was left I either already tried and liked or had wanted to try anyway so I was happy with it overall.
I absolutely loved the candle, I have had it lit all of Christmas Day and all of today, not sure how much I’ll get out of it tomorrow if it will light at all! But I’ll probably go on to buy a full size.
The huda palette is pretty but I don’t wear eyeshadow and so one of my girls will have it. The supplement things are a bit of a weird addition! Tried the mask this evening and it was surprisingly nice for a scrubby mask, I very rarely use a manual exfoliator these days. The lip crayon has also been donated!

Allies of skin serum I did not like but soooo glad I tried it as I was considering purchasing on full price

It's fantastic advent really, with 30 products in it even if you don't like 10 it's still great. Very skincare heavy, a lot of serums/oil/acid masks/eye cream all in great sizes. Loved it!

I kind of listed them all from my top favourite - the votary oil to the two bottom - diet supplements and lip plumper. The nudestix for me as you can see from where it is listed was surprised favourite - flattering colour and feels very comfortable on the lips

My likes and loves are 620gbp worth! And of course there is value of trying something and not liking it instead of spending money on full size and not liking it.

I think my number one stand out product was the Natasha Denona blush followed by the candle and then the pillow spray.
