SOTD was Diptyque Eau Duelle EDP. It was lovely. I feel it's one of my more versatile perfumes that can be good in either hot or cold weather.

From the HN box, last night I tried Bella Oudh (gorgeous, light but with a depth of fragrance, very wearable). And Gentle Fluidity Silver, which is utterly gorgeous, very light and nuanced, but on me suddenly smelled a bit more masculine and cologne-like than I prefer.

That sounds very exciting teta - can we help with sharing on insta or facebook at all? [nosey]

Mother - I was excited about the MFK Gentle Fluidity but it was really harsh and 'aftershavey' on me. Oh well, will pass onto ds I guess. I did love Bella Oudh though.

@MaudBaileysGreenTurban it's really really hard to describe! It's sweet but when it dries down it's so familiar and the only thing I can place it to is cerruti 1881?! I think my nose is broken
I also have lazy Sunday morning and beach walk and love both of those

Hi perfume lovers - can anyone help me with a couple of perfumes I’d like to find dupes of... Chanel deauville and Dior Jasmin des anges

I’ve had a look on perfume parlour and not found anything, are there are cheaper brands/dupes anyone can recommend? Thanks!

I think its unlikely you'd get dupes for chanel exclusifs or limited editions, sadly.

However, I'm sure if they exist some perfumista will track them down! 😊

A very quick search gives Jo Malone lime, basil and mandarin and O De Lancome as similar to Deauville.

And try glam jasmine by michael kors...you may get that as a pp dupe?

Maud it's going to be a very local business so not really suitable for advertising outside of our area. We're not really sure how it's going to go or whether we will make money from it so this is a trial period only. And it's really not in a cool area 😄 .

I remembered to spray early so it had worn off by the time DH came home. TF Vert d'Enscens, which starts sharply green and morning-appropriate, then tapers to a whisper of oudh.
