Mine is for body:
St Tropez in shower tanning lotion.
Fuck me, it’s incredible!! Although I can get a decent natural tan on the rest of my body, my legs never tan and I’ve never found anything fake tan wise which looks good until now. I only bought the St Tropez because I had vouchers for TKMaxx and saw it in there for about half the normal price, not thinking it would work (with most fake tans I buy, they end up at the back of the cupboard as I’m too lazy to spend ages on application, and I didn’t have high hopes on this, with it only being 3 min to leave it on for.
I bought the light one, and after googling reviews, everyone says to def leave it longer than it says on the tube, so I left it around 6 min, and there was a definite difference.
It’s not a dark tan at all, it just takes the edge of having pasty white legs.
So impressed that I then ordered the medium shade from Amazon, and WOW!
I went out last night after applying this the night before, and had the confidence to wear a short skirt. A friend said I looked like I had model’s legs!
It looks so natural and like a real proper tan, no streaks at all. Total miracle stuff!

The other things I’ve discovered recently for my very spotty and congested skin: Niacimide by The Ordinary, plus Sudocreme - really takes down the redness, and heals spots faster.

fikel · 04/09/2019 22:42

Neom body oil I use it for my face

BarbedBloom · 04/09/2019 23:10

Pai rosehip oil. My skin is no longer dry and sore and combined with my vitamin c serum now looks a lot more glowy- have had a lot of compliments lately

Missha cushion foundation in no 21 from amazon. My first foray into cushion foundation and I love it.

Perfume parlor, I have lots of their samples now.

pangolina · 05/09/2019 07:01

CBD oil and The Ordinary Azelaic acid have been absolute life changers for my rosacea. Nothing else has ever worked.
Now I feel the need to try the korean cloths and st tropez tan!

FastAway · 05/09/2019 07:09

@pangolina what CBD oil do you use?

bakedbeanzontoast · 06/09/2019 18:49

New one. Laura mercies oil free tinted moisturiser. Love it. Elf primer underneath.

gingersausage · 09/09/2019 13:21

@sheshootssheimplores thanks for the Genigel recommendation. I’d never heard of it, but I ordered through Prime after reading all the reviews and got it yesterday. I actually don’t give a shit if it’s bollocks if I get the same results as you and all the reviewers 😂.

I bought the spray as it seemed easiest to use. Which do you use? Should I do the mouthwash too? Thanks.

Native unearthed Charcoal natural deodorant balm.

It's been life changing. I've always had to use Triple-Dry overnight then a strong deodorant and have still felt damp/smelly by midday.

This is a paste that you rub in. No sweat and no smell. No chemicals or nasties. Bloody love it.

WhatTheWatersShowedMe · 09/09/2019 13:32

Kat Von Dee dagger liner. Life changing.

Other than that, a big bag of bicarb, a jar of coconut oil and some essential oils. I make a lot of my own beauty and cleaning products and this is the base of a lot of them. I'd never go back to shop bought deodorant again.

imclaustrophobicdarren · 09/09/2019 13:36

Alexander McQueen oversized trainers. I've been unming and arring about them since they came out! But I can literally wear them with everything!!! So so pleased I got them!

FabalaTheGreenGirl · 09/09/2019 22:23

W7 liquid eyeliner. Blackest black and stays on all day no matter what. And Maybelline lip ink - I'm so obsessed I have them in every colour! Lover is a great shade for everyday but they're all good. Also Dr Paw Paw balm. I spread it on my face some nights when I need a more intense overnight mask.

Oh, and Bellapierre 5 in 1 powder foundation. It's lush and makes skin totally flawless.

sheshootssheimplores · 10/09/2019 10:46

gingersausage I use the gel and rub it in all my gums every night before bed. Sometimes in the day too if I remember. Just love the stuff. Have tubes of it everywhere 😳

HairyChinChin · 10/09/2019 10:50

Gengigel is fantastic and completely works.

Steviestamborine · 10/09/2019 11:49

Bought a Newtons sponge and now have soft feet plus rubbed away a callus on my hand. Agree completely with Gengigel, it soothes my often sore mouth so much, I use the rinse and it’s a bottle of magic. Bought a crossbody bag after seeing a company My Exquisite recommended and am considering a couple more as I have reynauds syndrome so like to keep my hands in my pockets to keep warm rather than holding a bag. I’ve been trying the Vaseline on face at bedtime and my skin is a lot softer, also cuticles.

Illamasqua lipstick in vixen

Elllllle · 10/09/2019 13:18

I tried the st tropez in shower stuff off the back of this thread. I dont get it! I find it more of hassle than regular st tropez (standing around for 5 minutes after/before showering off) plus it smells just as bad and leaves next to no colour.

georgialondon · 13/09/2019 16:40

@WhatMeghanWants thanks for the Dior nail cream tip. I bought some last weekend. It's amazing!

WhatMeghanWants · 16/09/2019 13:45

@georgialondon pleasure, glad you like it!

Yes, that was my experience too.
Are there some of us that gradual tan just doesn't work for?
The only one that's worked is the Autograph drops the face.

tigerbear · 17/09/2019 09:44

@Elllllle and @Gwenhwyfar did you use it once, or a few times over a couple of days? In my experience, it builds up over a few applications to a good colour.

Came back to this thread to add E.L.F acne fighting foundation. Bought last week but wanted to wait several days to see if my skin reacts badly to it.
It’s actually the best foundation I’ve ever used! And I’ve used loads of expensive ones in the past. This was about £8 I think, on Amazon. As other reviewers said, my skin looked incredible whilst wearing it (one oR two drops takes down any redness) but after taking it off, it seems that my skin is better than it was before. Def heals spots!
Have just tested this in 30 degree heat on holiday, and after a night out, I accidentally went to bed wearing it. Checked in the mirror next morning, and my face was flawless! No breakouts after wearing all night either!
Honestly, it’s life changing HG stuff!

I used the in shower st tropez once and found it so smelly and irritating (ie broke put in a patchy rash on upper arms) I didnt use it again - especially given the colour was next to nothing. I use and love the st tropez mousse - leaves a nice deep colour even though it does smell as per most fake tans. I was hoping the in shower stuff would be an easiser nicer version! Ive just bought the vita liberata one based on reviews though, so will see how that compares

chipsandgin · 17/09/2019 11:00

Anyone have any recommendations for which Lumea is best? I’ve been tempted for ages!
