Mine is for body:
St Tropez in shower tanning lotion.
Fuck me, it’s incredible!! Although I can get a decent natural tan on the rest of my body, my legs never tan and I’ve never found anything fake tan wise which looks good until now. I only bought the St Tropez because I had vouchers for TKMaxx and saw it in there for about half the normal price, not thinking it would work (with most fake tans I buy, they end up at the back of the cupboard as I’m too lazy to spend ages on application, and I didn’t have high hopes on this, with it only being 3 min to leave it on for.
I bought the light one, and after googling reviews, everyone says to def leave it longer than it says on the tube, so I left it around 6 min, and there was a definite difference.
It’s not a dark tan at all, it just takes the edge of having pasty white legs.
So impressed that I then ordered the medium shade from Amazon, and WOW!
I went out last night after applying this the night before, and had the confidence to wear a short skirt. A friend said I looked like I had model’s legs!
It looks so natural and like a real proper tan, no streaks at all. Total miracle stuff!

The other things I’ve discovered recently for my very spotty and congested skin: Niacimide by The Ordinary, plus Sudocreme - really takes down the redness, and heals spots faster.

Rosehip oil - been applying at night for about 6 weeks now and I've noticed a big difference in my skin. It looks so much healthier and glowy. I thought it would make my combination skin oily but it doesn't at all.

I also use superdrug Naturally Radiant glycolic acid toner once or twice a week which has helped the texture.

IamPickleRick · 25/08/2019 10:33

My Lumea. I can decide to go swimming and just go! I’m even (totally unnecessarily) doing my arms now because I just love the thing!

Hopefullysmart · 25/08/2019 10:52

@Elllle what is the Thisworks primer called? Thanks.

Funghi · 25/08/2019 10:54

Coconut oil. I purchased a huge jar of the stuff for a tenner for face masks etc but it’s so big I’ve been experimenting with other uses.

I’ve found applying it before shaving makes a huge difference. I exfoliate and then apply a layer before shaving legs and they look and feel incredibly smooth. No more bumps, razor cuts or dry bits. No need to apply moisturiser after either.

Elllllle · 25/08/2019 10:59

@Hopefullysmart it's this one www.boots.com/this-works-in-transit-camera-close-up-40ml-10156109

@Aleesha1 it is pretty matte but not drying matte like I find most say, MAC lippies. My lips are often a bit chapped and I apply lip balm, leave for 10 mins and then the Maybelline Ink. Honestly, it's pretty cheap, not much harm in trying!

timshelthechoice · 25/08/2019 11:00

Soap and Glory Sit Tight - it's a total bear to get out of the bottle, though, so I pop the entire lid off with a screwdriver and decant it into a jar.

Clinique City Block

Nip+Fab glycolic acid pads. Faded a sun spot I had on my face in just 4 weeks.

Aleesha1 · 25/08/2019 11:12

@Elllllle thank you! now to find a stockist!

Elllllle · 25/08/2019 11:23

I'm not UK based but looks like Boots stock it @Aleesha1

Ultrasun spf 30 for face, only holiday I have come back without clogged pores and spotty skin.
Bare minerals complexion rescue, never ever without it.
Uniqlo airism underwear
Botox

Sarcelle · 25/08/2019 13:00

@alwaysthinkingofsleep - I have the Becca undereye circle thingy. I don't rate it. Makes mine look worse. I am clearly using it wrong, what's your method please?

MistyMinge2 · 25/08/2019 13:36

I have the Becca under eye thing too. Thought it was going to be amazing after seeing people rave about it on Insta. I'm not that impressed considering the price. It seems to just go flaky. I bought a 3 quid concealer/brightener from Revolution in superdrug yesterday and that seems loads better.

EatenByDinosaurs · 25/08/2019 13:44

Physicians Formula Super CC cream, dupe for the IT Cosmetics CC, and looks and lasts identically on my skin, but at half the price.

Essense Cosmetics Nude Sunlighter, a dupe for the Hourglass powder. I switched to the Wet N Wild dupe after a recommendation on here, but the Essence one is even better than both. Its $3 too, and the formula is second to none.

EatenByDinosaurs · 25/08/2019 13:49

Also Makeup Revolution's Dragon's Heart highlighter. I swirl a brush over all the colours and use it as blush, its very subtle (although doesn't look it in the box) and really makes me look glowing and natural. I love the packaging too.
I swap between it and the NYX HD blush in Red.

georgialondon · 25/08/2019 13:52

Lumea

Also Korean Italy towels

ilovethebeach23 · 25/08/2019 14:12

Caudalie Vinopure range, I use the toner, serum and moisturiser every day and I used to have awful acne that wouldn't go away with anything and have oily but combination skin... no skin product has ever worked and over the last ten years I've tried everything! Saw this advertised in a magazine and I honestly can't put into words how good it is, my skin is completely clear! I used to get awful spots around my period but now just one or two and other than that completely clear! It's amazing, a tad pricey for the set but lasts for ages and so so worth it

Elllllle · 25/08/2019 14:16

@EatenByDinosaurs I have to wonder about super cheap powders and formulations.

Dontsayyouloveme · 25/08/2019 14:22

I ‘bought’ Spmu eyeliner last week! It’s amazing, don’t think I’ll ever stop getting it now! 👁

Steviestamborine · 25/08/2019 14:25

I’m another fan and f Superdrug naturally radiant products

AnneLovesGilbert · 25/08/2019 14:28

Gimme brow from benefit. Incredible.

I got a sample size in a subscription box and am saving up to buy the full size when it runs out.

Dove conditioner. Thick, creamy, leaves hair soft and shiny.

Solid shampoo, £6 and got it off amazon. Was dubious but it’s awesome, is going to last months and gives great shine and means I need less conditioner. Absolutely chuffed to bits. DH likes it so just need to convince the kids and we’ll ditch a handful of bottles from the bathroom and the bin. Win win!

Evilmorty · 25/08/2019 14:29

I’ve just bought this st tropez tanner, lets see what all this is about!

NoBaggyPants · 25/08/2019 14:30

@Elllllle The main difference between them and the expensive ones is the profit margin.

Chivers53 · 25/08/2019 14:34

Tigi bed head Recharge Shampoo. Expensive (although plenty off offers online and a bottle lasts for ages). But it's turned my hair from an unmanageable, greasy, frizzy mess weighed down with left behind styling products to manageable, good condition and non greasy hair. I don't wash it loads anymore, and it lasts a good few days before I get the urge to wash it again.

EatenByDinosaurs · 25/08/2019 14:36

@Elllllle wonder in what way?

Pinkarsedfly · 25/08/2019 14:38

Blinc tubing mascara.
Benefit Gimme Brow.
Charlotte Tilbury lipstick in Pillow Talk.
La Roche Posay Effaclar K+ serum for oily skin.
Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish.
Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner.

graziemille567 · 25/08/2019 14:56

Clinique 72 hour Moisture Surge - makes my skin feel silky smooth and "quenched", if that makes sense!
Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray - an absolute find and perfect for nights out or days when you need make up to last all day and into the evening too.
Revlon Pink in the Afternoon lipstick - my perfect lip stick colour after years of avoiding lipstick. Now I'm totally converted!
Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow.
Lush Ocean Salt face scrub - leaves me feeling refreshed and zingy.
