@Never - how about dark charcoal with cream trim or vice-versa? A grey-based sage green would also be lovely for the shoe box. (I love green.) The hall is gorgeous and welcoming. (Especially with shoes!!!)

Ok new haul! ( these have come before the things Iordered at the beginning of the week when I had lost my Hush friends

Lisel skirt (it has pockets !!) and Essential cami in blue ( still waiting for the Santana skirt in the same colour)
Lucky T and denim shorts ..

I am definitely keeping the T and the skirt, The shorts are a bit loose (and I am a bit fat at the mo) so will be also trying a smaller size .the cami I will decide once the Santana skirt is here.

The light is a bit rubbish here right now (a right old miserable day here ) and its hard to take a photo of the T wearing it.. its a much richer green than it looks here

the lisel skirt has a lovely print and is lovely fabric ..well worth the sale price..

It all looks good @Laska :) I am wondering though if you need to size down in the cami? It looks quite generous?

That skirt has a beautiful print. Sadly, the style is just not me. It does look lovely on you and its a gorgeous colour. Everything is a gorgeous colour.

I think you are right never I am going to see what it looks like with the matching Santana skirt , then possibly reorder.. Its hard buying summer clothes right now while im a good10lbs a up (all around my middle sadly ) and pasty..

The blues and green this year are very me..

I like the Oakland mint green sweat also .. am hoping they will bring out a linen T in that colour ..

the Lisel skirt is the same cut as the Santanas .. generous also ..thats a 12 , but i dont think il size down, I like a loose floaty skirt in the summer .. Doesnt feel like we will get one here , Storm Erik is really raging

Hello from Spain, I don’t want to gloat since the winter storms are raging back in Blighty but it’s like heaven here: 21C and blue sunny skies. Blissful and cherry trees in blossom everywhere amongst orange laden trees and a deep blue Med. I so needed this!

There's a lot I really like from the new collection, mostly basics that you've probably bought in previous seasons but as I haven't 'done' a Hush summer season yet, I am excited by it! Ds has chicken pox so I'm not at work and using his nap time wisely by perusing the Hush website 😬

I want to take advantage of the 10% discount and am also nervous that some things will sell out early like the Kensington dress last time. Any predictions about what will go quickly? I remember Ella said that the star shorts will sell out. Will that be the case with the plain denim shorts too do you think?

I can't afford to get all of this (crikey no!) so I need to be a bit tactical about what to get early IYSWIM
Also actually painful to consider buying denim shorts when I'm currently watching the storm shake my garden fence...

The plain denim shorts didnt sell out until the end of the season. They didn't go on sale until the last minute too.
The kensington might sell out fast. The ivy wont. The chinos will be a slow burn. The denim skirts also. I think a lot wont sell until the weather warms up. An exception will probably be the kensington. So i would buy that first as its unusual. Also the jett frill top may go quickly too.

len - now, don't you go enabling me on the stripey trainers with their pretty, pretty colours. I think I know the ones you mean from next (and they have some nice star/ leopard ones too) But I'm not buying anything in Feb... I'm still jealous of your floor and the fact you had it done recently means I can think about tiles rather than wood for ours. Like gin, it needs some serious work doing to it - but DH is reluctant until we get some other jobs done, which would mean workmen traipsing through the hallway!

Lovely, lovely haul laska! I really like the skirt. I know it is from autumn, but the colours look great for spring, and I think it works really nicely with the cami (though as never says, you could maybe see what the next size down is like on you). And the lucky tee is such a good colour on you!

fuzzy - love the phrase "blowing a hoolie" . It definitely is. I've been wearing a big green wool cape for the past couple of days to go outside - but decided against it today as I feared I would take off in it like a big green flying squirrel Am soooo jealous of soy on your warm, non-windy beach. You do totally deserve it, so I'm glad you're having a lovely relaxing time!

huff - oh no - sorry to hear DS has CP...poor little mite... I'm liking the sound of your fantasy shopping bag. My feeling is that things won't go quite so quickly as the autumn collection (which was particularly special as far as I'm concerned), and, as we are saying, I'm not sure how spring-like people are feeling at the moment! Maybe holding off til the weather perks up a bit? Though, having said that, the kensington dresses do always seem popular and did sell quickly last summer as well, I think (though the red one has been in the sale this time)? And the starry print is quite cute, so that may sell in the popular sizes. Also, not too "spring-y" a pattern, so could be worn now with a long sleeved tee under, and tights/ boots - as well as with bare legs later on . Brrrrrrrr. Ditto the santana and marina skirts? And the wide tops never seem to last long, regardless of season! My feeling though is that shorts/ chinos/ summer ivy etc should be OK for a month or so.. but don't blame me when there's a freak run on them and they become the XS pink meryl of the season

yes I think Kensington (the green lastyear did certainly but did you see they have some red kensingtons still in stock in the sale? )

The jet top I reckon definitely, and I think the Frill wrap dress also (I love it but its not for me ) The Cupar Trainers i reckon definitely will be popular

I also think the cactus and green lucky Ts might ( which is why I grabbed them early, although I may be wrong as i think I have a bit of an odd taste in Ts ) .. Last years black denim shorts sold out quite early and so did the green Santana , and I'm thinking the blue (and maybe the red ) might also .. Star shorts? Yes also probably ,come summer ( although , I wont, I have last years ones)

I think the animal print slides are also definitely on my wish list too. If they sell out, they will probably have them back in stock once more and then that will be that. They usually restock once.

Canvas shoes are no good for me, but I have my eye on the new olive saltwaters.. In fact i am definitely ordering them ..I think they may be the new' rose gold' in popularity

The layton dress is also very lovely. I think the material looks so light and gorgeous a bit like the santana skirt. I would love the santana skirt in black.
