Princess Eugenie's wedding: The sartorial highs and lows. Plus Fergie's back, bitches!

Following on from the general royal style thread, which is fast filling up, here's one just to discuss today's outfits.

My predictions

I’m really hoping Fergie will look fabulous - <a class="break-all" href="http://go.mumsnet.com/?xs=1&id=470X1554755&url=goo.gl/images/Ex3BbE" target="_blank">teal or <a class="break-all" href="http://go.mumsnet.com/?xs=1&id=470X1554755&url=goo.gl/images/oiAQaV" target="_blank">forest green look good on her.

After Kate's recent trip to the V&A, I’m hoping for something a bit more adventurous than a pale blue or yellow coat dress. Sophie in blue or pink Wickstead, Meghan in navy and/or boat-neck. She and Victoria Beckham may end up in similar outfits.

The Queen in fuchsia, neon green or yellow, Ladies Sarah and Helen in something elegant and understated, Karen Spencer in a dress that’s spectacular but so tight she can’t breathe.

And of course Princess Anne in a dress she's owned since 1986 that still fits her perfectly!

Lots of green dresses, which is unusual, I remember reading that Vogue never put green dresses on the cover because they don't sell. I love to though.

The TV coverage feels a bit disjointed. Eugenie and Jack came across as a pleasant couple in their interview with Ruth and Eamon.
Robbie & Ayda's mum's hat just flew off. Love the way she just laughed & plonked it back on!

I liked Ayda's outfit. Poor Mrs Field losing her hat! It had to happen to someone.

Eugenie’s eyebrows are too dark now. They are overshadowing her lovely face. 😟

Kate will be in a coat dress. Meghan will wear something slightly revealing.
I just hope Eugenia stays away from those horrible outfits she used to wear and which made her look just absolutely awful and too old. It was like she was deliberately trying to look like the more naturally beautiful relatives ugly cousin.

Can't believe Andrew threw shade at Harry & Meghan for not having more friends. What a tool.

It looks to me like the chairs in the church are facing the other way to Harry & Meghan's wedding, ie facing the aisle? Makes sense as they'll get a better view of the wedding party and they can't see a thing that's going on in the choir anyway.

May have to mute it on sky.... all the commentator is saying is "anybody"? How rude!!!!
