Bonkers for cookers... I need to get to the woods. we get loads of woodlice (old granite property, open fireplaces) which don’t bother me at all, but these properly give me the heebie-jeebies. There seem to suddenly be a lot of spiders too, much to the cat’s delight.

I actually have a full bottle of Plum - I think I am the only person who ever bought it full price - but it’s no bother to bung you some of the Kiehl’s. It will probably be into next week before I am organised enough to post, though.

at autocorrect fails. Compare places in your rooms sounded a bit like death by Location, Location, Location. Was just about plausible....Can't you tempt the cat to go after them Judy?

They are actually on the countertop, which is why I think they came in via the peg basket (it sits beside the sink). The cat is currently snoozing next to me with her paws like little hands over her face. I think only Felix Goody Bags would rouse her.

Noel au balcon. Am I the only one to expect this to smell of bacon?
We all really hate spiders here apart from ds1 who puts them outside.
Do conkers actually work?
I don’t think Badedas smells anything like it used to. It’s akin to fairy now. Fenjal still smells pretty good to me.

Wrappings today for the first time in ages.
I love the austere backbone of this.

Rhubarb and Citrus for me. I'm working on loving it. I do love the citrus, and the rhubarb is definitely interesting, but jarring at the same time. Don't not like it, if that makes any sense.

SOTD is Saharienne courtesy of YSL at Heathrow Duty Free. Pleasant, but unremarkable, and certainly not worth £200.

Long day in big smoke but got to try some Kiehl's Musk on the way home.

Saharienne certainly has staying power, but has settled down to a cheap soap smell, like Camay or Lux.

Lush has Kerbside Violet back in stock, online! Woooohoooo!

Fennel, you are so nearly my non-evil twin, but KV repels me. It's involuntary.

Am slightly worried that I might be misremembering it, MrsL. It was one of the very first perfumes that sent me down the scented rabbit hole, and brought me to these threads.

But I've bought a bottle anyway

It's very widely admired, including by LT, who describes it as 'brilliant'. Not sure why I have such a visceral reaction, but I do .

Mrsr8 , I'm sure you're not. The really important thing is, that you smell amazing .
