Sitting under the cherry tree listening to the birds chattering. The sun is too low in the sky to shine on the garden anymore Sad. Autumn is definitely here. SotD is Iris Cedre - perfect.

On the way home from Paris in Herba Fresca (bought in duty free not on the Champs Elysees. Bloody children not appreciating the joys of shopping). It's not autumn yet and I'm not back to work on Tuesday. Nah, nah, nah, I can't hear you.

I’m also craving proper Autumn. I’m sick of shaving my legs Grin. I want to wear black tights, dammit!

SOTE Insolence. I’m in a roast dinner coma (first roast since May...willing cooler weather to arrive) and I’m off to bed. Night Perfumistas.

I am back in opaques!

SOTD Caldey Island Lavender. I did a load of batch cooking, had a three hour bath, then put on clean pyjamas. Why are weekends so short and working weeks so long?

Love a massive bath. I would never have one to get clean, to me it’s a leisure activity. Magazines, kindle, drink, and snacks. (Diet Coke and Percy Pigs.)

Hello! I haven’t posted here before but I’ve been reading your threads looking for ideas.

I haven’t got a clue really I’ve only bought 4 perfumes in 20 years. Dune, addict, strennesse (work) j’adore. I’m all out now. Since pregnancy, having my children and starting chronic migraines (no doubt connected!!!) I’m struggling to enjoy perfume the same but anyway I fancy a change.

Thanks to you guys I have 15 sprayed cards with the names on on my mantelpiece Grin

May I post a question on here or should I make a thread on the main board? Thanks!

Thank you, yes looking for something new, I have been around the counters this last week and found some I like (and dh), yes they are all obvious, best of the high st choices. I would appreciate your input... I was thinking maybe I won’t limit myself to one perfume given these threads and try PP too

(Still like) J’adore and the new Joy is ok, bit too floral
Also..
Good Girl (dh really likes)
mon Guerlain
Ellie Saab l’eau couture
Calvin I am woman (dh really likes but not lasting)
EL Sensuous
Black opium (at first loved it on me then smelt like palmers cocoa butter, is there any alternative please?)
Olympia

I like Chanel cristalle vert but then there is something making me queasy when I’ve worn it. Same goes for many of the Chanel, Tom Ford and Narcisso Rodriguez. This is my migraine thing, no criticism....

Appreciate any suggestions. Thank you

Thanks mrsr8, yes to guerlain now you mention it; I had to to wash off amarige or it would have made me bad and the mon guerlain there’s something ever so slightly bothering me although I otherwise like it.
