Serum wise hado labo (Amazon) is difficult to beat

I think decleor/weleda/guinot are amazing for day abc night moisturisers. I'd recommend sticking to skincare brands not high street cosmetic company's if you want results

Every second night I use a mixture of bio oil/snail gel/facial oil to help reduce scars and really plump up my face! X

It's a pretty good bet but you may just have a really wet waterline! I think it dries waterproof after 30 secs of applying! X
