What do we all think ? I think it was sensational very classy and stylish

She looked lovely but I did think the dress bodice seemed a bit ill-fitting, surprising given the enormous cost.

Fabulous. Utterly perfect, elegant couture gown. And I loved that tiara. She looked amazing.

I watched it with a group of friends and we were pretty underwhelmed. The top looked so promising when she was in the rolls en route, then she got out at the church and the bottom just got looked "meh". It cried out for more (or less!) volume or a watteau back detail or something. It certainly didn't look like a 200k dress. The embroidered veil was gorgeous and a wonderful sentiment but just didn't go with the modern simplicity of the actual gown. I say all of that as someone who had a very plain wedding dress- in fact her reception gown is very similar to what I had.

Do we know how much it cost?

I think boat neck tops might be quite popular this summer. Amazing dress, she looked beautiful.

Absolutely stunning, the whole outfit and styling as a whole was incredibly classy. She looked beautiful, and her make up was just perfect!

I thought her dress was perfect, I loved the fit - it was so modern and elegant and set off that stunning veil and the Queen Mary Band was an inspired choice. And the evening choice was equally stunning.

Boring, shapeless, drowned in fabric, too conservative. Much preferred Kate's.

I have serious tiara envy! I think she looked beautiful. I also liked Kate's dress too and think she also looked beautiful, but it's like comparing apples and oranges.
I know Diana's has dated and the designers didn't give any thought to how it would crumple in that carriage, but I was a kid and to me she looked like a fairytale princess and so I still think it was a gorgeous dress. There's not really anything wrong with a dress looking 'of its time' - weddings mark our personal history, so who cares if that says 1981.

She looked beautiful. The dress reminded me of Audrey Hepburn.

Diana at her wedding looked like a fairytale princess to me as well, and I think that with Meghan, the veil was the fairytale element of the bridal look.

I loved her make-up. Just been looking at the close ups and her skin is flawless. She isn't caked in make-up and just looks beautiful. I'm sure she is wearing foundation but you can see all her freckles and she just glows.

I'm not a fan of wedding dresses but I thought it was nice. I'm bored with skin tight.

I feel sorry for brides - the guests always get to wear the best outfits. Carey Mulligan made me wish I could still wear flowery prints.

I thought she looked absolutely stunning and loved the simple elegance. I thought it suited her and the occasion perfectly!
