Oh and thank god we have travel insurance! Just today, I have charged £1,500 to credit card for medical expenses.

No fun being in a foreign country with an ill DH Novice. No need to apologise. I hope the DCs aren't too worried. How awful for you all. I hope he is on the mend. I assume you have insurance to cover all this? Sending huge love.

Our break was great. Good food, good wine and great company.

We had a good time. Too brief. It felt as though we only started to relax in the last two days (at the same time as the weather improved). DH doesn't go back to work until Monday though so that's good.

Had a busy day day yesterday - met up with a friend for some pampering and lunch. My fingers and toes are sporting [[http://www.amazon.co.uk/CND-Creative-VINYLUX-LONGING-Release/dp/B00D479W5K this colour]. Looks gorgeous on.

Also picked up this jacket which I will probably wear to death.
