Ear wax lump from hell

I’ve had earache for a couple of weeks, well today I touched my ear and was like “what the hell is that”. A HUGE lump of wax was hanging halfway out of my ear.

Oh wow!!! I get awful blocked ears and use a baster type tool to syringe them myself.
