Ok, obviously name changed for this. I have a massive book on my pubic area. It hasn't got a head, it's just a huge angry looking lump.
It hurts. It is so sore. And I'm fat. So getting to it is not easy. But is doable.

Please lovely sporners...help me!

@OldTinHat I'm hoping for a similar situation with mine. I had a boil on my boob 2 years ago and after weeks of poking it finally burst. Out popped a hair about 3 inches long and a ton of goo. It was heavenly.

You can order Magnesium Sulphate paste on Amazon.

When squeezing time approaches, pull your fingers apart and down rather than pressing and squeezing. Stretching the skin on the top will let it crack open without risking it bursting internally.

I get these now and again too. The last one took forever to burst as it was in such an awkward area all the paste/dressings etc just wouldn't stay on.

Then one day after a much longer bath than usual I noticed it had swollen up even bigger than before and that's when it finally popped. There's no nicer feeling of relief than that!

You need an Epsom salt bath op to take the swelling right down.

I went through a stage of getting these but on my groin and near my bum. magnesium sulphate oaks a treat, put a big blob on it before bed and wait for the explosion (ok, the pop).

I bought some Icthyol drawing ointment. It's like black tar. The boil had gone by the time it arrived, but it's in the cupboard for next time.

I'm also fat so feet on a step stool, sat on the loo with a mirror between my feet.
It hurt like a bitch and popped just as I was about to stop because of the pain

Try getting some cotton wool with very, very hot water. As hot as you can handle and hold it on top of the boil for a few minutes. The heat seems to drawer the head to the surface. Don't know where I got that tip from but it works for me. Good luck, hope you get a satisfying explosion!

I got my magnesium sulphate from the chemist, but that was a long time ago. The pile cream worked a treat for me.
The worst one I ever had was on my boob... That exploded just as I got into bed! It was thick, green, stinky and went everywhere! Absolutely gross and it's left a scar too. But the relief was immense! Can't wait for the outcome on Bruce! 😁

I had one very recently which was so painful it brought me to tears.

Needed a week of antibiotics to shift it

Hot compress (as hot as you can stand) at least 3 times per day - it will draw it out and stimulate white blood cells to the area. A hot water bottle or one of those microwave bean bags will work well. Keep applying antiseptic.
