Sorry for crap pic quality, had to do some careful cropping as its on my inner thigh!

Had this for weeks now, looks like a spot but is quite hard and very sore to touch. Tried squeezing but nothing happening

This is literally the most disappointing thread I've ever read through.

You need mag paste. It will hurt a bit more but then it will pop and give relief.

Do they return? I had a nice ingrown spot/hair (period time) which I dutifully squeezed but couldn't get hair out of, it returned next month I squeezed again and it went. Will it sit I erupted like Krakatoa?! I swear the hair wasn't out first time.

WolfAlice if that is that close to your fanjo then it definitely has an enormous Pubey Bear curled up inside and has been hibernating all winter.
You need to get sharp tweezers and have a good rootle around inside to dig it out. It won't make a good Sporney picture or video (unless it's over a metre long - we live in hope) but it will certainly help it to heal.

I've never been blessed with had such a satisfying spot in my life but years ago I met a friend in the pub and she had an enormous boil on her eyebrow.
Several large pints later I dragged her into the ladies loo and speared it with the pin of a brooch I was wearing (no thoughts of sterilization or hygiene, but I like to think that the pints of Abbot Ale helped with pain relief).
After one good stab and squeeze a huge eruption of warm, bloody pus shot over my hand and hit the ceiling. Ahhh it was so good!!
I still have that brooch. Haven't seen my friend for years though.

Lulujakey, I reckon I'm a level 3, according to my sons I'm gross when it comes to things like this currently ds2 is sporting some very promising blackheads, nose, ear, that type of thing, I'm biding my time, and whilst I do so I shall be gathering the items off your list.

Not so long ago I nearly persuaded ds1 who's 24 to show me his groin boil but he chickened out at the last minute (big wuss) I even promised to put my phone away he showed his girlfriend, I must admit I had a bit of a sulk over it...
