Sorry for crap pic quality, had to do some careful cropping as its on my inner thigh!

Had this for weeks now, looks like a spot but is quite hard and very sore to touch. Tried squeezing but nothing happening

I'm sensing that it's all supportive now, but people are going to turn if there's no action.

I would definitely use my scalpel from my army field surgical set (don't ask) or a very sharp, new, Stanley knife blade on that spot.

And I am now feeling we have all had our expectations raised to fever point here and could be very let down. Hope it does not turn nasty.
