Sorry for crap pic quality, had to do some careful cropping as its on my inner thigh!

Had this for weeks now, looks like a spot but is quite hard and very sore to touch. Tried squeezing but nothing happening

I get these occasionally, if you give it a pop with a sterilised needle -carefully, and a bit of a squeeze a perfectly round hard pearl of stuff will pop out and it will hurt no more.. Jealous actually.

Excuse my stupidness but what do I do with the needle? I'm new to all this, never had anything like it before!
