Sorry for crap pic quality, had to do some careful cropping as its on my inner thigh!

Had this for weeks now, looks like a spot but is quite hard and very sore to touch. Tried squeezing but nothing happening

These ones I find are either hard to squeeze or not so.... Eg the head has to be at just right time to pop. Have you got a clay or drawing mask OP? Like Kiehls? That helps.

Yep you need to free that. I have had two boils in my life and both were on my arse. The first one was huge and made a 'crack' sound when I burst it....magnificent!

There is absolutely no need for a general anaesthetic. Shot of whiskey, flannel to bite down on, sterilised Stanley knife blade, bottle of Dettol, rubber gloves, plastic sheeting, goggles.
Stab with blade, deep and firmly in centre of spot. Hard squeeze. Bob's your uncle and Fanny's your aunt. Slosh of Dettol, bit of a sting. Camera shooting throughout. Everyone's a winner!

Looks like a boil.

I'd with my thumb and forefinger hold/squeeze the spot under the pus sack then with the head popping up under slight pressure put the needle though the head sideways and gently pull up. I'd hope the head would split open, if it didn't I'd slide the needle out at an angle with the point slightly up so it cut though the head.
