Sorry for crap pic quality, had to do some careful cropping as its on my inner thigh!

Had this for weeks now, looks like a spot but is quite hard and very sore to touch. Tried squeezing but nothing happening

Sometimes you need to stick the needle in a different bit to get to the juicy bit. Try again at a different angle.

Have you got a scalpel? Slicing it open- just a small amount of course- would do it.
Alternatively, a large darning needle with a sharpened end, pushed right through the surface of it into the centre to make a good sized hole.
Or if you had a very sharp knife point you could jab that into the centre.
Then squeeze hard. I think it is the size and depth of the hole that you need to persevere with.

Put the needle down!

Take a glass bottle and fill it with very hot, not boiling water. After a minute, pour out and quickly place hot glass bottle opening over Mr Spotty. Press gently so that the bottle opening is completely over skin. As the bottle cools a vacuum is created and will draw out Mr Spotty to the surface.

He may emerge in a Splurt or may just ooze in a steady trickle or both!
