Sorry for crap pic quality, had to do some careful cropping as its on my inner thigh!

Had this for weeks now, looks like a spot but is quite hard and very sore to touch. Tried squeezing but nothing happening

I get things like this if I wax my bikini line but not nearly as big or lovely.
Must wax bikini line more.

Try putting a hot flannel on it, OP. As hot as you can stand, that may draw it out a bit and ripen it for the popping!

Personally, I would pierce right into the really white bit and squeeze from underneath. It will happen for you. So so jealous!!
