@3amazinkidshey did you get a decision from iv credit yet? They left a message in my account saying tha won’t pay me back pay as apparently I left it too late to tell them so now I’m going to appeal so annoying😩 x

I sent evidence Tuesday special delivery they said its not on the system yet they should have received it yesterday does anyone no how long it takes to go on the system thanks

I normally phone up about a week or so after I send it tracked first class and its normally on the system. It might just be no one has scanned it on yet.

Omg that is so bad, did you tell them why you were late telling them?? Yes they agreed to my back pay and I did get money in my bank a few days ago! Definitely appeal x

@3amazinkidsi know I’m gutted!! Apparently I left it to late to tell them but I literally updated my journal on the day that I received the letter, ah that’s good I’m happy for you! X

I done the same last week and I phoned up the day after in afternoon to tell them that id sent late evidence and it had already been scanned and put on the system xx

Im the 26th August. Phoned yesterday to see if there was an update and to see if i had time to send anymore evidence. The lady told me she will see if someone can look at my MR soon as iv been waiting 6 months. I mean I dont believe that and I did say there wasnt a rush. Maybe phone and see if there is an update.

Let me know how you get on. I'd imagine yours will be soon. It might be being looked at but they could be waiting to hear back from like Dr's or schools or specialists if you have added them on the forms. And you know what its like trying to get incontact with them its a nightmare.

So bear in mind my sons dla claim has only been resolved after 20mth, the day I found out we had won at appeal I literally left a message in my journal saying the rates etc and I was reporting the changes late because we had just won through the court of appeal, I think you need to explain in simple terms for them why you’re reporting it late! Then I just received a letter saying because it’s out side of the time frame under special circumstances they would backdate it! I’ve never heard of them backdating it for anyone! Honestly, fight it!

Our forms were received on 24 December. We were asked to send additional documents (passports) in a letter dated 14 January. We sent the passports and they were received on 12 February. We received a letter yesterday (25 February) confirming MRC. The back payment has already been deposited into my account.

I sent the initial form and passports via next-day tracked delivery to the address below, rather than using their envelopes. Maybe this is why everything was reviewed quite quickly?

Decision just received on renewal. Sent on 12/1 and scanned 19/1 👌

just had a call with DM who asked me a question I had missed off form, she said she will have it all finalised tonight and decision letter will be sent out tomorrow! So nervous now x

Yeah I did think that, I think I’ll give them a call considering she said she was finalising tonight.. I’ve not thought about it much since I sent it off but now I’m in overdrive 🤣 x

I was the same with my eldest sons first claim, i remember it got to 15 weeks back im 2023 and i couldnt stop thinking about it coz it felt like it had been forever🤣 ive only just semt my 4 year old twins boys claims of, they got scanned on 10th of feb x

My eldest girls took 26 weeks 🤣 it felt like 4 years!! Wish you all the best I hope you get a speedy decision xx

Yeah I actually just looked I sent off for his initial claim march last year so nearly a year all in all mr started august after googling im not hopeful he will win despite his portage worker and every single person who knows him saying he should

That’s so unfair isn’t it. I really really hope you get the right outcome, well done for fighting it it’s so mentally draining x

I had to take my own to tribunal and I’m more willing to fight for my kids then myself he’s 3 none verbal sleeps 3 hours tops a night and has no danger awareness
