I cant believe how fast it was, i didnt recieve a text either lol. When i done my eldest sons in 2023 i recieved a text saying he qualifies. I still havent recieved the letter to say they have my claim🤣. I have everything crossed you hear back real soon 🤞🤞xx

ive seen thst people have been given a decision for SD after this date. We are yet to receive a decision. Would this mean we’ve been declined?

Hiya, i think it depends on whos desk the claims land on, i think some decision makers may get through claims faster then others. I would give them a little call tomoz to see if a decision has been made. I didnt recieve a text to say my twins had veen awarded, i just seen the money in the bank this morning x

Nc.. scan date 13/2/2026 then had to re send something else... scan date 2/3/2026 will they start process on the first scan date or waited for the 2nd? Also I sent in forms late but sent in a letter explaining why has anyone had any luck back dating from phone call when forms where late in thanks .

After missing my renewal by 6 days (my own fault, I have had personal mental health issues for the last few months) my renewal was turned into a NC with SD of 27/01.
I rang using 1514 this morning at 9:02am and it didn't even have a chance to ring as was answered straight away (!!) and was told my son was awarded LRM and HRC on 03/03. He was previously on LRM and MRC so I am so made up for him.

I called this morning and although there’s no updates for our claim the man said at the moment they are getting through new claims within 10 weeks, but there are a few dm’s who are getting through them much quicker (as we all know). Mr are currently taking 6-7 months and renewals are going through the quickest with a lot of people getting decisions within 2-3 weeks. Xx

I wouldn’t worry I’m seeing on fb there’s still a few waiting from early January. Each dm has a different number to get through so some people are just lucky in getting their decisions quickly. I was told today they are advising up to 10 weeks for nc so there’s still plenty of time for you. Although from what I’m seeing you might hear something in the next week or so x

Hi guys sent my daughters NC of recorded / signed delivery they received it & signed for it on 16th February, still not been scanned onto system , been ringing every few days mailing handling centre said could be another few weeks 🫤 I’m really confused as my sons NC was scanned onto the system within a week. They have it as they’ve signed for it I just hope one of the workers hasn't lost it I’m very anxious 😥

My sons sd was 26/11 and I still havent heard anything. I dont know why they are leaving the odd one behind x

Registered my MR today for HRM under SMI, I also asked for the length of the award to be reconsidered as they only awarded hrc/lrm for 2 years, he’s 5 non verbal autistic with a severe learning disability and genetic condition amongst other things too, and attends a sen school, how can they think a 2 year award is appropriate, he’s had dla since he was 19 months old. Has anyone else disputed the length of award given?

Is this for nc? I’d give them a call, they told me yesterday nc are only taking up to 10 weeks xx

I decided to ring this morning.
When I rang in January I got told it had gone through to medical team and to phone back in February. I didnt have time but when I rang today I got told it got declined on the 5th of January. I never recieved a letter informing me of this.

I cant believe with the amount of evidence I sent with the form that it was a decline. However because the decline was so long ago I cant go for MR. I did tell them I never recieved a letter.

So im going to put in another NC and add the new evidence I have to it 🤞

Yes! Include all evidence you’ve got even if you don’t think it’s relevant to the claim. Anything helps. My eldest was awarded when he was 12 but that was only after I applied to take it to tribunal and even then they awarded just lrc with a mountain of paperwork I sent 🤦🏽‍♀️. He’s a lot older now and gets pip enhanced on both with a 6 year award. Xx

MR 20/08 for HRM under SMI just awarded. They told over the phone on the general enquiry number not MR line they wouldnt tell me. Hes 5 and been awarded until 2032.
