MR scan date 23rd May still not even with a decision maker when I rang up on Tuesday.
32 weeks waiting 🥲 don’t understand how they can say it’s done in date order when am seeing so many awards from June an early July . Anyone still waiting from May it’s driving me insane now 😫

I rang on 31st Dec
Our scan date for NC is 26/11 ours is with decision maker. Got told we probably wouldnt hear until after the holiday. So hopefully next week. Thought id let you know as I think our scan date is a week before yours.

Yeah wow my MR was 20/06 and was done a few weeks ago so this must very frustrating to you. If I was you I would call up and ask for all the details of where your claim is up to in the process and tell them you want to make an official complaint about unreasonable waiting times.

I had the same with my NC a year ago. I waited six months and was watching people from a full month earlier get their decisions, very stressful!

Hi everyone I know this has been asked before so I’m sorry but with UC, my son has been verified and the back pay decision is with a DM.

do I just wait to hear now? And it could be anything from a few weeks to a few months? Is that right? How long did it take for you guys once they were verified etc?

I’m also wondering if the disabled child element will be added to my January payment straight away or not. Or do I have to wait for that aswell?

@Lmtab Thank for your reply , Yes it’s very frustrating , when I rang last week they was very abrupt and basically told me not to call back and they couldn’t give me any timeframes with the amount of claims they had to do. This is a declined renewal aswell so may be be declined again after all this time 🥹

NC - scan date 17/11 but I stupidly forgot to sign the declaration so received that page in a letter signed and sent back the same day with the scan date of the 22/12. Does anyone know if this means they class the whole form as the 22/12? And will this effect the back pay from when I called for the form? I totally get it’s my fault and just missed it in making sure everything else was correct and all evidence there. These forms are so overwhelming!

Does anyone know where they are with Mr's I done a mr July 15. Wait is silly

My sons sd was 01/10 we are still waiting. Going to call next week see if any news

This happened to me I forgot sign the declaration they sent it out I sent it straight back recorded delivery same day the lady on the phone did tell
me I would stick to my original sd which was 27/10 they give you 10’days to send the declaration back well that’s what she said to me so my sc was 27/10
i was awarded 2/12 hope this helps abit

Thank you for the reply I asked on the phone but she didn’t really give me an answer and just said that’s all we needed

last payment for this award is 24/02 so going to wait until then before I call if I haven’t heard before.

can I just ask did it automatically go to a decision maker because it’s took me 4 weeks to verify my daughter do I have to ask for it to be backdated I just had passage saying she’s been verified and that’s it thanks.

They don’t really like to give you awnsers 😂 I totally panicked when they told me but what they done was photocopied the original form then basically marked with a red pen where I forgot to sign then sent it to me I was so annoyed with myself forgetting to sign it just make sure you keep phoning to make sure they send it out in a reasonable time

No I had to message them on my journal and ask and state the reason that it’s because it took that long for a decision and I have notified them straight away. They messaged back to say it was with a decision maker then nothing since.

At what point is it too long? My MR SD was 27/6 so now at 27 weeks but everytime i call am told just to wait until someone calls me

Anyone heard about a July mr?

MR June still not heard anything

I phoned up and they are no help at all

Have just spoken to DLA over the phone, our scan date was 02.12.2025, a decision was made this morning (he wouldn’t say the outcome), now waiting for the letter.

Spoke to Dla today. No decision has been made as my childs claim has been passed on to the medical team, he didnt explain what this meant. Wether its a medical team in DLA or if they are contacting my childs consultant/health care professionals. Man on phone said I should recieve a text when a decision is made and to ring back in 1-2weeks if I haven't heard anything. Think its going to be a longer wait for us but hopefully they will make the right decision for my child.

MR 23rd May so I rang this morning to be told it’s still not even assigned to anyone . The man was actually quite helpful for a change he said this should of well been done by now and he didn’t understand why it was still sat there , he tried to put me through to someone to sort it out but nobody answered , so he’s put a note on system for a manager to ring me back within 48hours an tell what is going on .

Hi guys, my NC SD was 26/11. I phoned today and was told my claim had processed 30/12/2025 and paperwork to follow. The guy couldn’t tell me if approved or rejected, he claimed he didn’t have access to that information.
Makes me a bit nervous it’s a rejection as I’ve seen others on here told on the call that they’ve been approved - funds etc discussed

should I take it as bad news? Has anyone not been told and then been approved?
how long do the letters normally take to arrive? Thanks x
