Made a new thread for those of you who need to discuss wait times and ask questions!
Please post your scan dates etc

NC = New Claim
MR = Mandatory Reconsideration
SC = Scan Date

Im waiting on outcome of my DD's renewal due 29/09/2026

@Hopefullyitcan yeh I can see it being a long haul for me if I’m honest mines 28/7 and the man on phone said could be another 2-3 weeks if not longer x

I’ve seen a few on Facebook with scan dates of 28/7 today! Xx

@Mumto4and5 i will probably wait till the end of the week and give them a ring see if we have any update! Getting closer I’ll be glad when I know a decision and the steps going forward xx

I’m ringing on Friday , just saying I’m checking evidence arrived . Praying they tell me a deck has been made at the same time lol xx

I’ve seen those aswell and ones actually received payment this morning, so must have been decided days ago. Also, seen someone found out their decision date was Saturday so they must have been working at the weekend! Xx

It’s mental Isn’t it didn’t think they’d work weekends! Hoping we all get some good news I’ve just got a bad feeling about mine xx

So after a very emotional phone call from the decision maker, he was awarded! I've been being sick and crying, I'm genuinely shocked. I really thought he was going to get declined. So grateful. Low rate mobility middle rate care. Jeeeez. Goodluck all who are still waiting. Thanks to all the positive wishes and support. Its appreciated beyond belief.

What was your scan date please. Im 4/08 and I think ive got ages yet.

Same.. I’ve looked on Facebook again this morning ( this seems to be my routine at the min ) and seen loads of people awarded and paid this morning for scan dates of 26/27th. I’m so ready for this to be over lol xx

The system seems bizarre. Lots of 28th July scan dates but we're still waiting on 24th July. Who knows?!

I absolutely do not understand the system at all. Actually I don’t know if I believe there is a system!! I have never received any confirmation that my forms were even received, despite ticking the box for text messages. I only know they got it because I rang 4 weeks after sending it. They gave me a date of 20th July that they said it was received, yet when I called yesterday the man laughed and said I was a bit early for a decision. Despite people with dates way after that having decisions. I don’t mind waiting, but it just seems that there is no rhyme nor reason as to when you get a decision made!!

Hi has anyone done a coc recently and know the wait times forms were scanned on the 15th July currently at 12 weeks so far and not heard anything. X

Just spoke to someone to check evidence is there which it is. He said it’s with a case worker checking everything is there again and it’s not with a decision maker. At least the evidence is there now I guess. Hopefully not much longer. Xx
