Help with a name for my HR consultancy please

I'm a freelance HR consultant and have so far used my name as my business name but I don't love it.

I feel like I can't see the wood for the trees and would appreciate some outside perspective.

In terms of what I do, I work with SMEs to help the owners/Directors get the best from their people. Things like communication, motivation, engagement, development, productivity, succession planning, managing change and generally act as a sounding board. Being proactive to create the best environment/culture so employees can thrive.

I don't get involved in recruitment or disciplinaries.

Grateful for some inspiration.

That’s a good point as well. Mother’s maiden name or another family name that means something to you.

Latin for power, force, strength, grasp, hold

(but hints at ‘potential’)

(I’m definitely stopping now but this is strangely addictive)

If you're worried about other words being used unless you want something like "apple" or "samsung", I'd not be too worried as long as it isn't taken in the sector you're in.
Don't over think it too much.
Less words but more to the point ones seem to be the winners here.
I have a hobby I'd wanted to one day turn into my own little business but all the words I wanted were taken and I really struggled so just gave my creations away even though I really could charge 🙈

I've seen a few makers do the same and it's great to have different views.

I just googled "corporate PowerPoint templates" until I found some free, that I didn't mind the shapes of, then downloaded them, picked the most useful shapes etc, set up my own colour scheme and made it that way.
