Thanks for all joining in on last thread And hello to anyone new

Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

Was naughty last night. Scoffed 3 packets of ringos :( so 12 extra syns

That's not so bad, you can come back from that!

L - sweet potato and leek soup, ham and cheese roll (heb and hea, 0.5 syn for mayo) and an apple

T - fajita chicken pasta with lots of veggies thrown in (hea for cheese)

S - some strawberries and choc shot (0.5 syn) with a lotus biscuit crumbled over (2 syns)

going to try and make sure that's it for me today, unlike yesterday when i had a couple of chocolate digestives Blush

And ended up having batch pasta and sauce cheese leek ham 2.5 instead of risotto as forgot to take out the bloody freezer :(

today is a new day, we can do it!

L - chilli and cheese toastie (hea and b)

T - chicken curry with rice and a couple of poppadoms (5 syns)

S - fruit and probably a biscuit or two if i'm being realistic Blush but will try to keep it to the lotus ones as they're only 2 syns each

Weigh day for me today 2 off which I'm pleased with. I'm going to brave the supermarket later, I always find after a big shop tricky as there are too many naughty goodies in the house.

L - fried rice and some mayflower curry sauce (3 syns)

T - cajun beef goulash (using both hea)

S - 2x hi-fi bars (heb) and some fruit

decided to weigh myself this morning just to see and regretted it, hoping it's just a case of my body being in some sort of cycle and it will be better tomorrow 🤞🏻 did have a NSV though in that a pair of jeans that physically wouldn't do up in January now fit like a glove!

no definitely not, was up 3lbs!! probably not undeserved after the cheese fest but going to try and be extra good today anyway and hope for the best tomorrow lol

have put on 1.5lbs, not that surprised really as i did take the piss last weekend with all the wine, cheese and the takeaway Blush going to be extra good this weekend and hope to be rid of the gain by next week!

B - peanut butter on toast (heb and 4 syns)

L - chicken and veg soup

T - breaded lemon sole (6 syns for breadcrumbs) with SW chips and mushy peas

S - apple and cheese (hea) and some more fruit

a pound off is great! if you lost a pound a week for a year that would be 3 stone off, that's what I tell myself anyway!

L - bacon, egg, beans and cheese on toast (hea and 3syns as saving heb for tea)

T - having a bbq so a burger with mozzarella in the middle in a wholemeal bun (hea + b), a cajun chicken breast grill from sainsbos (1 syn) and a baked tattie

S - quavers and a hi-fi bar (7.5 syns)

not a lot of fruit and veg but it's the weekend so I'm just pleased with myself for staying within syns!

I know a lb A week over a year is a good loss but a lb seems so slow when look on sw fb and people losing 3/4 a week

B - toast with peanut butter and jam Blush (14 syns)

L - fakeaway brunch wrap, ww wrap (heb), scrambled egg, cheese (hea), bacon and a sausage (4 syns)

T - mince and tatties (2.5 syns for gravy)

S - nectarine with some ff yoghurt and sugar free syrup

over my syns for today and was the same yesterday but i tend to keep below 10 syns during the week so hopefully it'll balance out!

4.5 syns for a tablespoon of peanut butter, not too bad really and i don't mind spending the syns on it as it's a healthy fat, and it's delicious Grin

Hi all
I'll follow for meal ideas if that's ok?
I re-joined SW on Friday after realising I'm the heaviest I've ever been.
Today I've had
B scrambled egg
L a SW pasta reciped
D steak, SW chips and egg

Hea is milk and havent had a Heb as I'm waiting for my new book to come out in the post to remind me what I can have!

L - chicken and veg soup with a cream cracker broken up and thrown in (2 syns), it's the best use of cream crackers, even better in cream of tomato soup Grin

T - pizza made on a ww wrap (heb) with mozzarella cheese (hea), ham, peppers, onions and a bit of spinach with some sw chips/carrot chips and a bit of sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns)

S - nectarine and strawberries with some choc shot (0.5 syn)
