Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

L - wholemeal pitta (heb) with tomato purée, mozzarella (hea), fried onions and spinach

T - bang bang chicken and rice (5 syns for peanut butter and coconut milk)

S - nectarine and a passion fruit

I'm going to make a bolognese for the freezer too as I've got a kilo of mince I need to do something with.

It was sausage casserole with the last of the sw rank sausages

Still Syn free but not what I expected out of the freezer

One MUST write on the lid before freezing

L - egg mayo roll (1 syn and heb) and some quavers (4.5 syns)

T - meatballs in a spicy red pepper sauce with some pasta and cheese (hea)

S - some strawberries

have just made the slimming eats banana and chocolate chip loaf but used sugar free syrup instead of maple making it around 4 syns per slice by my calculations so may need to have a wee slice just to make sure it's edible! Grin

The banana bread was a success! I'll link the recipe, like I said I used sugar free syrup and I've cut it into more than 9 slices so I think it comes out at about 3.5 syns per slice!

L - lentil soup with a cheesy pitta (hea and b)

T - cajun beef macaroni from the JD seasonings website which I've raked out of the freezer (hea for primula which I put in instead of grated cheese) and will have some broccoli with it

S - strawberries and some of the banana bread (3.5 syns)

Banana Loaf

JD Seasonings, I don't actually buy the spice pots, just look at the contents and add from the millions of jars of spices I have lurking in the cupboard Grin

An anxious new member here. Hope my menu looks ok?

Breakfast - porridge (HEXA) banana and 1tbsp golden syrup (2.5)
Lunch - 2 egg omelette, mushrooms and broccoli with HEXB cheese
Dinner - Steak, new pots and large salad. Fruit and muller light for pud.

HEXA milk in coffee etc.

Today I am going to have

Breakfast - porridge (HEB) banana and golden syrup
Lunch - tuna and egg salad
Dinner - poached salmon fillet, green beans and half a packet of Tesco flavoured cous cous. Mullerlight plus fruit.

2 x HEB for milk

Hi Leo that looks like a great menu. Two tiny things muller light have syns (only half or one usually) and just check the flavoured couscous sometimes has syns but none of that matters if you are under your syns anyway.
Have you done sw before?

B-raspberries ff Greek yogurt and maple syrup .5
Honey(.5) lemon and ginger (my new drink I'm drinking too much coffee)
L-left over spag Bol
D-roast lemon, garlic and tarragon chicken, new potatoes and salad

Good friend sent me a photo of me and her from 8 years ago and me god I was thin! It's motivated me, I need to print it off and stick it on the fridgeGrin

Thank you @troppibambini - I realised after Posting that I didn’t add the Syns on my menu Smile I have done SW before in 2013 but appear to have put on another 2 stone on since then Confused! Onwards and upwards though!

morning everyone! managed to shift last weeks gain plus about 3oz extra Grin shame i have a planned off day tomorrow so will hope for a maintain!

Hi all, I’m doing okay I’m day 3 I think

Breakfast - porridge (hexb), golden syrup (2syns) and milk (from hex a)

Lunch - salmon, chickpeas, egg and salad olive oil (6syns) and salad stuff

Dinner - sin free chilli, rice and 1/3 plate of salad

Strawberries and 1/3 pot arla skyr honey yoghurt (1.5 Syns)

10 Syns altogether Smile

today is well off plan, it's a friends birthday and so far we have celebrated with a pastry over skype followed by an afternoon tea later washed down with some fizz. have worked it out to be around 40 syns so actually could be a lot worse.

will get straight back on it tomorrow and i think i might try one maybe even two SP days this week.

I had a sneaky peak on the scales this morn and they're going in the right direction.

@Blondeshavemorefun - ah, I hate it when that happens! Just checked on the Syns app and it is saying 1 syn per 100g if that helps?

My menu today -

Breakfast/lunch - roast veg in spray olive oil (2syns), cous cous and HEA of feta cheese

Dinner - 1 M&S skinny burger, Iceland whole meal deli roll (HEB), slimming world chips, salad and 1tbsp of Tom ketchup (1 syn)

Leaves me with a few Syns, May have some cheese on my burger! Smile
