Bfast - porridge (2b)

Snacks - babybels (a,a), ham, digestives (7)

Work day - forgot to eat

JingleAndTonic · 01/05/2020 06:52

Morning, weigh day for me and I lost 1.5lbs this week which means I've now lost 2 stone. Delighted, usually I just yo-yo the same 4lbs on and off with diets then give up and pile another stone on before trying again! Onto the next stone 🥳

Having a weigh day treat day/celebration so won't be expecting the same success next week ..

B - toast (heb) with peanut butter and chocolate sauce

L - it's a friends birthday today so we are having a Skype cheese and wine lunch so cheese a plenty with crackers and wine and have also bought a victoria sponge

T - takeaway fish and chips! can't wait

Have a good weekend everyone!

troppibambini · 01/05/2020 09:22

Morning!
I'm nota breakfast eater either just don't feel hungry til I've had my six coffees Grin
I'm struggling big time. When my eating is out of control it makes me feel really down and I've had enough.
So I've decided to do on plan May. Everyday on plan and under 15 syns or at least under 105 a week.
I want to come out of lockdown lighter not heavier it sounds ridiculous but I need a date to focus on so I'm choosing 1st of June a month from now.
The kids could possibly be going back to school and I will have to see people and I'd like to be lighter.
Company would be good if anyone would like to join me?!!

troppibambini · 01/05/2020 09:22

Sorry jingle well done that's a fab lossSmile

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/05/2020 09:52

Well done @JingleAndTonic

I sts. Bit peeved as been good apart from sat hen do virtual drinks

But hey ho.

@troppibambini impressed you have planned may

I plan a day or two lol

I don’t think schools will go back in June. Kids can’t stay away from each other so means all households mixing so they may as well stop social distancing

Still having 6/700 deaths a day due to c

JingleAndTonic · 01/05/2020 12:16
