Thanks for all joining in on last thread And hello to anyone new

Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

eh oops 😳 bolognese went out the window! did make my own chips so they were free and 14.5 syns for the fish, we're not talking about the curry sauce..

was bloody fine though!

B- cereal (A+B) and a coffee (A+1)
L - leftover amatriciana with salad
D - lentil bolognese with linguine and a side salad with some cheese (A)

S - Cheetos (3.5), An Apple and then I've pinched off OH and DS plates loads today so I'm saying I'm at my syn limit 🤪

D - chicken kebabs, Greek salad, tzatsiki, houmous (2) and pitta (HEB)
S - Halo top ice cream (4), sweets (4)

Dinner was actually lovely, ending the day on 10 syns.

Jingle that looks delicious and everyone knows chip shop curry is just powder and water so completely freeWink
Mummy that looks really good what did you marinade the chicken in? Did you make the tzatsiki yourself?

I ate too much chocolate last night I fell asleep on the sofa and woke up like a bear waking up from hibernation,nailed two chocolate bars and then went to bedGrin

I'm out for tea tonight with the kids and will be having wine so going to be super good all day to try and offset a bit.

@troppibambini I used this recipe for the chicken and the tzatsiki, I just left out the olive oil and cooked with frylight. It was delicious, I’ll definitely make it again

B toast b marmite butter 2 fruiT

L beef casserole and veg and rice

T. Fajhita mix Aldi 4.5 into el pasco boats 3.5 x 2 so 7 with salad and cheese

S crisps 3.5 and bar 4.5

Total syns 20+ ouch but rest of week should be low so hoping for a loss this week

B - baked oats made with ready Brek and peanut butter powder with banana (HEB & 5 syns)
L - Greek salad with a few chips
D - vegetable pasta bake topped with goats cheese (HEA)
S - Hifi bar (3), twister (2)

L - lentil bolognese leftovers
D - quesadillas with Mexican rice and salad (a+b)

S - 1 and a half donuts from Blackpool pleasure beach with some Nutella (not even going to attempt to work out syns!), a cheese string (3) and a skinny dream (4.5)

All in all, not too bad consider I just wasn't going to say no to a donut was I 🤪

D - Thai red curry (approx 7)

S - Apple, cheese string (3)

However!!!!
My OH has a friend round and I made them pizza, fries and garlic dough balls and I may or may not have snuck a few dough balls and fries so I'm probably definitely over syns today but oh well! Like you say @Blondeshavemorefun I'm eating for 2 😂
I also did 40 lengths today 🏊‍♀️
Not being super strict with myself I'll be happy to lose 1lb here or there but just don't want to gain for long as possible!

@MummyInTheNecropolis your chicken kebabs look lovely I might have to copy you, same for the Mexican rice and quesadilla @Bl0ndi3, yum!

I'm back after a weekend of badness, highlights include: a dirty great pepperoni pizza, two bottles of wine, bread and butter pudding with custard and a curry made with lashings of oil.. the curry did have spinach in though so that makes up for most of it eh?

L - butternut squash soup (2 syns coconut milk) and a pitta with cheese and spicy mayo (HEB, HEA, 1 syn)

T - fish fingers, chips and mushy peas (8 syns for 4 fish fingers), might also sneak a spoonful of tartare sauce just to make it a bit more grown up Grin

S - apple and strawbs

bit over the 10 syns I like to allow myself during the week but will probably have less another day

D - broccoli cheese and chive frittata 😂 weekly staple now, with new potatoes and salad (a)

S - apple, zero cal jelly

I'll be 5 weeks pregnant tomorrow so weighing in every Tuesday going forward so hoping to have a very very low syn day today to offset the higher syns days I've had!

Whilst I am still so early on I wouldn't mind losing a few lbs so that when I gain later on it's not as depressing haha. As I get closer to second trimester I'll be all about the maintain! I'll start following the proper pregnancy plan then too and have an extra B like I should. I still eat loads now cause my portions are huge and it's all well balanced and healthy so I don't think I'm doing jellybean any harm! Got my booking in appointment in a few weeks so I'd like to be maybe a few lbs lighter for when I get weighed 🤞🏻

@JingleAndTonic I've bought a giant butternut squash and some coconut milk with a view to making a soup as you always mention it haha do you have a recipe you could share? I adore butternut squash 😍

Hi all I've also had a shockingly bad weekend so trying to pull it back before weigh in Wednesday but not holding out much hope.
L-veg soup
D-roast chicken, roast potatoes(1) , mash, carrots and broccoli gravy (2)
A fig and 2 hifis.

@Bl0ndi3 I don't have an exact recipe because I just throw it all together and hope for the best but generally I do -
a bag of frozen butternut squash (or if I can't get that then squash and sweet potato mix) which probably does equate to a fresh squash I just can't bear to cut them up Grin
1 onion
3 ish carrots, only if I have them
2 garlic cloves
ginger (frozen again)
chilli which again is optional but I like everything spicy
half a can of coconut milk
2 stock cubes, I use chicken but veg works
and enough water to cover
I have a soup maker so just throw it all in there and it cooks away and blends it for me but if you were doing it in a pot just chuck it all in and simmer until the squash is soft then blend it with a stick blender and it tastes affa fine if I do say so myself!

L - more of me soup Grin (2 syns for the coconut milk) and a fish finger roll (4 syns, HEB, 1 syn tartare sauce) bit of an odd combo but just couldn't let those fish fingers go to waste

T - chilli and rice with cheese (HEA)

S - strawberries and a mini meringue (1 syn)

@JingleAndTonic excellent thank you! I have taken to peeling my fresh squash by just using a big ass knife and try into cut the skin off close as I can and then I just bin the bottom bit with all the seeds 😔🤣 I've gone to the effort of getting all that squash from the bottom bit and it's not enough to make it worth the hassle

I will give this a try this week for sure thank you 😍🥰

Weigh in -3/4lbs is fine with me

B - coffee (part A +1)
L - frittata with potatoes and salad
D - burger with sweet potato chips and salad (0.5)

E - swimming again tonight 🏊‍♀️

Blondi that's a really achievement too in early pregnancy!! I lived on crisps and mashed potato!

L- veg soup and a banana
