Tuna and cheese salad for lunch

Mackeral and veggies for dinner

Snacks - cupcake, banana and mullerlight

Lot of starch used to thicken sauces. Expect it could be easily recreated low or even no syn.

I went for restaurant foods, so if branded supermarket thing might be lower too

L - a version of macaroni cheese with peas and carrots (hea) 1/2 syn for tomato sauce

T - halloumi pitta (hea and b) with fried onions, chips and sweetcorn with 1/2 syn for Nando's peri peri sauce

S - fruit

Lunch: paella slimming world ready meal.
Dinner: 2x SW world sausages and onion in a wholemeal roll (hexb).
Syns: jelly babies (6), Maltesers (5). Mullerlight (1) ketchup (1).

I’ve always done Friday so if out at weekend or went a takeaway I don’t feel so bad as can work it off in the week

B scrambled egg with pepper and onions and beans

L Salad and maybe some chicken from Sunday roast before I chuck it

T spag bol and veg

S bar 3 tho could be half a b as didnt have toast for breakie and crisps 5

L - butternut squash soup (1 syn) and a pitta with ham and light mayo (heb + 1 syn)

T - beef goulash with primula through it (hea)

S - apple and some cheese (2nd hea)

Hello! Weigh day today for me and I put 1 on which is ok I suppose considering a takeaway, two boozy nights and a few too many biscuits.
New day and all that
B- coffee
L-ham omelette and beans
Orange
Three biscuits (3)
D- chubby cubs zesty chicken with green beans and rice

I get additional healthy extras because I'm breastfeeding a baby under 6 months.

Breakfast: 2x weetabix, 100ml milk, blueberries (hex B and half A)

Snack: hot chocolate made with mint choc shot (2.5 syns and 1.5 hex A). Pineapple slices

Lunch: pasta salad with ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, pepper (1 hexA)

Dinner: pinch of nom Campfire stew, broccoli, rice

Pudding: muller bliss corner cheesecake (7 syns and totally worth it!)

These blondes they're from b and m but Aldi sometimes have them too. Not the most exciting but with a cup of tea ok. Taste like rich tea.

Todays deliciousness:

Lunch - 5 corn thins (5.5), 5 Laughing cow Light (A) tinned mackerel

Dinner - homemade bolognaise sauce with mushrooms and peppers, side of wholegrain rice and courgetti.

Hifi bar and mullerlight 3.5

Snacks - 2 hifi bars (b) and 2 mini babybels (a)

I've never been a breakfast person, even at school! Sometimes recently I've been having toast with peanut butter as a treat but it's still usually several hours after I wake up, I feel so bloated otherwise.

L - think I might have a ww wrap (heb) with bacon, egg and cheese with some tomato sauce (1/2 syn)

T - diet coke chicken with rice

S - strawberries with some choc shot and a lotus biscuit crumbled over (2.5 syns) this is my new fav snack because it feels a bit like having cheesecake Grin

I have to take a set of meds on an empty stomach and wait an hour befoe i eat. Normally i am up early enough and eat bfast about 8-8:30, but sometimes my day starts late so i have to eat brekkie late.

At weekends we have a big brunch as we get up later.

Its just the way it is. Sometimes that hour wait is really looong. Sometimes i forget i havent eaten
