@troppibambini the sickness hasn't kicked in yet so I'm making the most of it whilst it lasts unless I'm a lucky one who doesn't get sickness but most people say it starts around 6 weeks so I've got 1 week left by that 😂😂

T pitta b with Aldi 5% burgers .5 each so 1 - salad mayo 1

S crisps 3.5 bar 4.5

S total 10

Impressed with this. Tho missed toast for breakie

S - sweets (6), hula hoop pufts (3.5)

Ending on 12 syns today. DD’s birthday thursday and she’s requested a takeaway and of course there will be birthday cake. I need to be strong!

Morning! I decided to go on another run today but went for the great outdoors rather than the treadmill and it was horrific, the temperature has really dropped here and running in 3 degrees was so painful my lungs felt like they were full of ice so only lasted 6 minutes of actual running 😂 the sun was also so low I almost ran into the town orderly and a man walking his dog - will stick to the gym in future.

L - red lentil and coconut milk soup using up the rest of the can from the other day and some bread and butter (HEB, 1.5 syns)

T - cheese & broccoli pasta n sauce (2.5 syns) with extra cheese (HEA) and some broccoli

S - passion fruit and some candyfloss grapes

Starting back doing it from home

B- toast (B) & beans, apple
L- salad & pasta, mayo (2)
D- rice, quorn curry, broccoli
S- Curly Wurly (5.5) Milk (A)

So far finding it easy to stick the the same foods but I know it’ll get easier as I experiment with recipes

I lost 2.5lbs this morning and got slimmer of the week so that takes me to 7lbs in 3 weeks so I'm happy with that

L- cauliflower and turmeric soup
D-spaghetti with sea food tomato and chilli
2 hifi
A banana
A piece of chicken

Morning!

L - lentil and coconut curried soup (2 syns) and a slice of bread and butter (HEB, 1.5 syns)

T - leftover chilli with potato "nachos", just going to slice tatties into disks Grin with cheese (HEA)

S - apple and cheese (HEA) and maybe another passion fruit

Weigh day tomorrow for me, I would like to have lost a pound but did have all that wine and 2 takeaways at the weekend so a maintain would be great as well!

Hi ladies

Didn't post for yesterday as I had some bad news that I'm at risk of redundancy so wasn't in the best head space for dieting but here's what I had anyway:

B - coffee (a+1)

Brunch - quorn sausage and egg butty with brown sauce on 50/50 bread (I know it's not hexb but who cares hahaha) (2.5 for sausages and 1 for sauce)

D - cheesy pasta with broccoli and green beans (a+3) with salad and a garlic bread slice (5.5)

S - sweets (5)
Total = 18 syns and the wrong bread lol

All in all not actually that bad and I did 50 lengths 🏊‍♀️

Sorry, I've been AWOL for a bit, just a lot going on so I've fallen off the wagon a bit and not been recording my food properly.
I missed last week's weigh in, and this week I was 1lb down since the last weigh in 2 weeks ago. I am pretty happy with that actually as I expected to have gained. These last few kg are proving a bit stubborn. I'm 8 stone 1 today so I guess my basal requirements have dropped to the point where it is getting hard to eat little enough to keep losing at the same rate. Need to up my exercise probably but its harder with the weather getting worse and the nights drawing in. So close now though - I'm not giving in!
Anyway, today...
B Cup of tea with milk from HEA slice of toast with peanut butter HEB +2
L - poached egg with other slice of wholemeal toast from HEB
Sour cherry skyr 2
D - home made sweet and sour pork with rice 1.5
Snacks - dairylea spread on a cracker HEA +2
- an orange
Exercise - just about to go for a walk for half an hour or so.

I'm only 5ft Blondes and whilst it is true that I am not fat any more, I am definitely not thin! I can still grab handfuls of fat in a couple of places. I know that the 7 stone or less that I weighed when I was young is not attainable and wouldn't be healthy or look good at my age, but somewhere around 7 stone 9/10 would be about right.

Hi guys, I’m crawling back in to the chat with my tail between my legs after 4 weeks of being awol stuffing my face on holiday. Or rather one week of stuffing my face on holiday and then just being a bit crap and stuffing my face because I had a crap day at work/3 year old was annoying/doing ironing was too depressing 🤣🤣

Last weigh in was 29/8 - haven’t weighed to see where I am now but was back on the waggon as of Monday so will weigh in on Sunday and restart from there. Wish me luck 😬😬😬
