@JingleAndTonic ... we were going to have pasta for dinner but changed our minds for chips, so saved my cheese for the pasta and forgot about it

Today it was:

B - marmalade oats again but this time with cardomom pods for a lil extra zing. Used a fat free natural yog this time as i had run out of the full fat ones thank goodness. So 2B today

L - skipped

D - pesto chicken with cheesy courgetti and pasta. 6A

Snacks, mullerlight yog, 2 hifi bars and 2 mini babybels .... 6.5a

Total syns 14.5

Happy Saturday!

Last night I decided to to finish off the "dregs" of a box of wine which turned out to give several glasses so my head hurts today and feel a bit guilty over the wine syns!

B - same as yesterday, white toast with peanut butter and jam and an iced coffee (hea for milk) didn't go as wild with the peanut butter today so probably about 15 syns worth

L - bacon roll (heb & 2.5 syns for butter and tomato sauce)

T - mozzarella stuffed burger (hea) with warm potato salad (1 syn for light mayo) and some regular salad, might sneak a few onion rings in there as well Grin

Well done blondes on the loss 2 is amazing especially in these times!
I'm a bit up and down this week it was dds 15th birthday yesterday so we had a Lebanese takeaway (my favourite!) and champagne (left over from Xmas)
I've tried to be super good today but will be having more wine later as we are "meeting" our neighbours over the garden fence for drinks tonight.

B-coffee

D-Ham omelette and beans

It was a gift dh got through work and a very naice one that we felt we needed an occasion to drink! If I'm honest was also hidden at the back of the pantry so we had forgotten about it Grin

Very late brekkie of 2 hi fi bars, a banana and a mullerlight 0.5B

Late feast of sausages, bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms and potatoes for 8 delicious syns

Snacks -, 4 babybels as my a choices and a alpro dessert thing which really wasnt worth the 4.5syns

Total syns 12.5

At least I'm not the only one who went a bit off track this weekend Grin unfortunately today isn't going to be that much different coming in at 24 syns but I'll make up for it in the week!

B - jus-rol cinnamon swirl (8 syns)

L - bacon, eggs, sausages (5 syns), baked beans, sliced tatties and fried egg with some wholemeal toast (herb)

T - the fish curry that got sacked off on Friday in favour of a frozen pizza Blush, the recipe calls for plaice but will be using haddock instead, hope it's good! (7 syns for cream, 4 for poppadoms)

Two nights of wine and a takeaway have given me a gain of 2lbsAngry
So I'm being super good til weds to try and get at least one of them off.

B- coffee
L-ham and tomato omelette with beans (0.5 oil)
S-Greek yogurt with raspberries tea spoon honey (1)
D- roast chicken, roast carrots and potatoes and broccoli with gravy (1 oil 1.5 gravy)
A nectarine
Popcorn bar (heb)
Will have some kind of sweet treat later if I need it.

Blondes Yorkshire's the aunt Bessie bake in the oven ones (the batter ones that rise) are 4 each. Not sure if the ready made ones are less.
Because the zoom meetings are at the same time as my group (8.45 am) and I can't do them with the kids everywhere so I'm not officially a member I can't use the app anymore.
My consultant messaged me today to say for £10 a month I can have access to the app again and also the eshop to buy hifis etc...
Not sure about that really,I can usually find the syns out somewhere and that's all I really use the app for.

Yesterday:

1 grill up: Bacon, egg, 1 sliced grilled potato (microwave) beans, 1 slice toast.
(This was breakfast and lunch as had it at 12ish)

Dinner: grilled gammon steak and brown rice with stir fried veg (no oil just water then soysauce)

Snacks: grapes and one apple.
Drinks: diet irn bru, tea with just milk.

Think it was pretty much a zero syn day.

Today:

Bacon sandwich (grilled bacon with 2 bread slice)

Baked potato with some cucumber and mixed beans on side.

Grapes.

Dinner will probably be a stir fry (no oil)

Probably another 0 syn day. But I have tinned ham to use up so that may add some points.

Happy Monday! Time for me to do some damage control from the weekend!!

L - broth with plenty veg and a cheese roll (hea and b, 1 syn for mayo)

T - Mexican one pot pork with rice and black beans

S - strawberries with some choc shot (1/2 syn)

Have also had an iced coffee using my other healthy extra for milk
