Welcome one and all

Thanks for all joining in on last thread And hello to anyone new

Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

L - pesto pasta with roast veg (2), yoghurt (1)
D - chicken stir fry and noodles
S - 2 hifi bars (HEB)

Walked 10k steps today for the first time in ages.

B - tea with milk from HEA
L - chicken soup (2) vegan "ham" sandwich (1+HEB) Sour cherry skyr (2)
D - spag bol (free) plus a slice of garlic bread (4)
No snacks and went for half an hour's walk.
We are going away tomorrow/Sat so going to have to be careful. There's a Premier Inn breakfast to look forwards to on Sat morning Grin though I suppose if I stock up on free foods at breakfast it will possibly save me from too many indiscretions at the event we are going to later!

@Bluesheep8 are you using your syns? you might need to up them a wee bit?

@MrsAvocet you're brave, all you can eat breakfast is one of my biggest downfalls 😂

gained 1lb this week, thought it would be more after eating the contents of the snack cupboard last night 😬 have just been so hungry this week for chocolate!

L - leftover cajun beef goulash (HEA)

T - mcdonalds fakeaway - 6 nuggets (6 syns), 2 tesco hot and spicy chicken mini fillets (not sure on syns but can't be toooo bad?!), SW chips and BBQ sauce (1 syn) might also treat myself to a mozzarella stick or two, could they count as HEA? 😂

S - nectarine, apple, freddo ice cream sandwich (6 syns)

B - Quorn bacon, promise roll (hexB)
L - houmous (2), crudités
D - Homemade pizza (8) base topped with hexA and various vegetables

I've got a jelly and a small amount of custard planned for when we do family film night, the kids are having homemade popcorn but I was shocked that even oil free it's 5 syns a portion?!

@JingleAndTonic the Aldi chicken ones. 1 Syn each. Should have been4 syns not 3. Fat fingers

The low fat skinny are rank. Worth using syns for a sausage

I managed to sts. Christ knows how but happy with that

Ooh can I join please I've just restarted after a few weeks off and 5lb gain! Want to loose a stone in 10 weeks but can never get below a certain weight for some reason!
Yesterday was:
Chocolate Wheatabix, chopped banana and soya HEB plus part of HEA- I don't weigh my milk as soya you get 400ml it's so much!
Lunch- homemade veg soup, fruit, FF Greek yog
dinner- chicken pasta salad
Snacks- 2 boiled eggs, ham ( I don't normally snack on eggs but I was so hungry I thought i was going to be sick!) ringos 3syns and an Alpen bar for 3 syns
Normally have 15 syns a day but just filled up on so much free food didn't fancy anything else

morning! tea last night for me changed to a dirty great fish supper, it was national fish & chip day so would have been rude not to.. syns unknown - don't even want to think about it 😳

L - the mcdonalds fakeaway i didn't have last night (going to say around 10 syns and HEA)

T - cheeseburger (HEA, HEB) and a chicken and chorizo kebab (3 syns) from a bbq, potentially the last of the year!

Went to my sister’s for a barbecue today but managed to stay within syns:

B - banana
L - jacket potato with tuna and salad (2 for mayo)
D - burger (2), wholemeal roll (HEB), cheese (HEA), salad, potato salad (3), sausage (3), ketchup (1)
S - chocolate rice cake (4)

Total - 15 syns

WI is on Monday, hoping for at least 1lb off so I get my stone award. Got to be good tomorrow!

It’s a Syn per teaspoon 5g or 3 per 15g

And I find that’s fine to coat pasta. I add toms and peppers

Having that tom for lunch

Usually have once a week

I’m really trying to be good this week. I keep losing and gaining the same few lbs

Only lost 0.5lb today at weigh in which is SOOOO annoying because I may have sneaky peaked yesterday and it looked like a 3lb off scenario

B - weetabix mini (hexB)

Hello, new week new start!

L - butternut squash soup (4 syns coconut milk as didn't have reduced fat) and a flatbread (HEB)

T - mexican stuffed chicken and spanish omelette - the chicken's from the butcher, it's spicy chicken with cheese and chorizo in the middle so calling it HEA and 4 syn and using the cottage cheese technique and tatties instead of pasta for the omelette (2nd HEA), looking forward to it!

S - dairy milk bar Blush (8 syns) and some fruit

Takes me to 16 syns so 1 over which is unlike me for a Monday, however it does only sit at 1149 cals so it's fine! I don't usually count calories but if I'm having a really high syn day I like to make sure I'll still be in a calorie deficit if it's during the week. Weekends are an entirely different story Grin

I lost 1.5lbs. Was hoping for more, but a loss is a loss I guess. Brings my total to just over a stone now which I’m happy with. Had a few treats after weigh in last night which I am not willing to divulge BlushGrin
