Thanks for all joining in on last thread And hello to anyone new

Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

@JingleAndTonic I daren't weigh myself haha i had gained 3 lbs over my birthday weekend and I haven't stopped eating crap since weighing myself so I don't even wanna know... gonna try and be good now and weigh myself next Saturday and skip my usual Saturday weigh in and just see how I can pull it back.

It's very very early days but I could possibly be pregnant again need to test again in a couple days to be sure - so I have some new found motivation to be healthy so hoping that helps me!

That sounds like a good plan @Bl0ndi3 hopefully you get a nice surprise at your next weigh! I did the same after my birthday, think I'd gained 5lbs but it came off fairly quick once I kicked my arse back into gear. Will also keep my fingers crossed for you that you get a BFP in a few days 🤞✨

ahh that's great @Bl0ndi3 really pleased for you! and if a few more pounds go on then you know why 😂

L - brunch wrap - ww wrap (HEB) with egg, bacon, cheese (HEA) and a couple of hash browns (3 syns I think)

T - DM is making a chicken madras and rice with onion bhajis, chicken pakoras and peshwari naans 😬

think the curry will be about 10 syns but probably looking at between 10 and 20 syns for the accompaniments! But I think it's better than having a full blown indian where everything is fried.. and it is the weekend!

Good day today, especially for a Saturday!

B - banana
L - prawn salad (2 for dressing)
D - Peri peri chicken breast, chips and salad (3 for seasoning and dressing)
S - twister lolly (2)

7 syns so far and haven’t used any healthy extras yet. Might have some alpen lights later if I’m peckish.

DM is an absolute menace and has bought all my fav chocolate and some tray bakes because she's still in "Jingle needs cheering up" mode 😳 so yesterday was more over syns than necessary!

L - bacon, egg, hash brown (3) and tomato sauce (0.5)

T - roast beef, roasties, veg, gravy (2) and three yorkies (4.5?)

S - popcorn (4) and a version of eton mess with strawberries, meringue (2) and low cal ice cream (3.5)

So still over syns today at 19.5 in total but will have less over the week and hope to lose some of the gain I've had over the last fortnight 🤞

Sorry been AWOL again been adjusting to being pregnant again so soon after the miscarriage and processing it in light of said miscarriage!

Saturday:

L - risotto (4) with extra veg and salad
D - vegetable curry with cauliflower rice and slimming world chips

S - natural yoghurt with 2 skinny crunch B

I don't think I had anything else 🤨

Sunday:

L - leftover curry with normal rice
D - smokey sausage pasta with garlic bread B and tenderstem brocolli

S - Cheetos (3.5) and 2 snack stop mug shots (5)

Actually done really well with it this weekend although in light of the fact that I'm pregnant i probably need to make sure I'm having at least one A choice every day!! Just been so tired that I'm amazed I've actually cooked at all haha

Oh and thank you for the congratulations. I'm obviously over the moon just very anxious because of what happened last time and it was only last month it all happened. However trying to just chill out as worrying won't help! Xx

obvs syns in the sausage pasta (2.5) as used 5 quorn sausages and got 2 (BIG) portions out of it 🐷

Today I'll have that as my lunch maybe with salad if I can be bothered

dinner tonight is fajita bowl ❤️

But friend came over. Was upset. We ate

Technically I am allowed 2Bs now I'm pregnant haha but I just wanted 2 wraps tbh and didn't have my 2nd A so that balances out somewhere right 👍🏻😂

Snacks - cheese string (3), flamingo muller light crunch (2.5)

Brings me in at 8 syns so I suppose I could syn one of the wraps and still be under too 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Question, what does everybody drink that's syn free that isn't fizzy pop or just water or squash.

Wondering if there's any hidden gems out there.

I've been drinking light cranberry juice and light cranberry and raspberry juice and then just squash but wouldn't mind some alternatives even if they're low syn not syn free xx

I drink a lot of diluting juice and diet coke 😳 but also am partial to a flavoured water either still or sparkling!

not sure what came over me this morning but I sprung out of bed and went for a run, only managed to actually run for 10 mins but still proud of that 😂

L - scotch broth with bread and butter (HEB, 2 syns)

T - sainsburys melt in the middle fishcake (8.5 syns) with butternut squash chips and peas

S - white nectarine (so good) and some strawbs

my goal for this week is to stay within the 10 syn region to make up for the syntastic weekend as well as loads of veg, really would like to get at least 1lb off on fri🤞

@JingleAndTonic haha woop! That's really good! I had started running again after my miscarriage and could run 2km without stopping and was so proud of that 😂 I've stopped now just because I'm too nervous about doing anything like that so early in this pregnancy! I know it's silly and it's safe to run etc but very anxious so I'm just walking, 10k steps and doing some yoga and prenatal exercises for now.

I have an excellent app for home workouts that I've really loved since I downloaded it and they have all sorts on there includes prenatal work outs it's called Fit On - it's free! Xx I've done a few of the workouts and I like the short 10 minute ones that focus on one body part like bum, abs, arms etc

Today's food plan:

B - coffee (part A + 1)
L - tomato and onion pasta n sauce (0.5) with added veg and side salad
D - ANOTHER broccoli cheese and chive frittata hahaha I find it so good for lunches for the following days too and I just really love it so it's a weekly staple for me!

Will update later on the snack situation haha so far I've had a muller light crunch yoghurt (2.5)

Hi I'd really like to join. I did sw a few years back and lost lots of weight. Now I need to get back on it as I've put on a lot in lockdown. Going to start group again in the next week or so but from what I can remember...does this sound ok for today's food?

Breakfast - cereal bar (half A) and coffee.
Lunch - jacket potato with tuna and salad.
Tea - pasta and low fat meatballs in tomato sauce.
