Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

Update for me

I've had as planned my main meals

B - coffee (part A + 1)
L - tomato and onion pasta n sauce (0.5) with added veg and side salad
D - broccoli cheese and chive frittata (A) with potatoes and salad with salad dressing (2)

S- Muller Light crunch (2.5), 2 skinny crunch (b) and a cheese string (3)

so I'm around 8 syns today and I really don't feel like eating anything else I did have a huge tea though and I don't have to use my syns do I?

I also went swimming and did about 40 lengths 🏊‍♀️

L - broth with a wholemeal roll and a tiny scraping of butter (HEB, 2 syns)

T - Slimming Eats butternut squash macaroni cheese topped with crispy bacon (2x HEA) and obviously some brown sauce (0.5 syn)

S - grapes, strawberries and a slice of tea loaf (5 syns) with a cup of tea (I take the slightest splash of milk so won't bother to syn it or take from HEA)

2lb off for me this week, and I have achieved my Platinum Body Magic thingy, so quite pleased. Grin
Not talking food today though as its my youngest son's birthday and we are going to the pub for dinner.I don't believe special days should be affected by the fact that I am dieting. I will try to choose something reasonable but not beating myself up over syns.
I've got a cake to bake too. We went blackberry picking after school yesterday so he's asked for a blackberry and apple cake. Well that's 2 of my 5 a day right?!Grin

I've shifted my weigh in day to tuesdays now to track my weight through pregnancy by the week and Tuesday is the start of a new pregnancy week for me.

I've lost 1.5lbs since last Tuesday which I'm happy with, I don't think it will be healthy for me to have major losses now I'm pregnant anyway and will probably aim for max 1lb losses as time goes on and then maintains if possible! Wishful thinking most likely!

B - coffee (part A + 1)
L - frittata (part A) with new pots and salad
D - vegan shawarma lettuce kebabs (1.5) with cheesey chips (A)

S - skinny crunch (B)

I did have a bit of cheese on toast earlier but I cba working out the syns haha so I'm just going to have minimal syns today now. Also planning on going swimming again later on.

I lost 3lbs this week. Really happy, wasn’t expecting that much at all. Today’s food:

B - 2 hifi bars (HEB)
L - bacon and potato salad (2 for mayo)
D - pasta bolognese and cheese (HEA)
S - pickled onion crisps (6), caramel freddo (4.5), twister lolly (2)

14.5 syns in total.

I've pretty much stuck to my food plan except for the bit about staying low syn 😂 I've had salad dressing (1.5) a muller light crunch yoghurt (2.5) and a small ice cream tub (4.5) the vegan shawarma (1.5) and some garlic sauce (1) as wasn't much ... I'm at around 12 syns which would be fine if I hadn't had the cheese in toast but oh well 😂 it's weigh day so I'll allow myself the treat

Hello everyone hope you're all well?! I'm back on it (again) I lost 3lbs last week and 1.5lbs this morning and feeling pretty positive.
Congratulations @Bl0ndi3 I hope you're feeling ok everything crossed for a nice sticky bean for you Smile I got pregnant immediately after two of my mcs (no period in between) they are 9 and 7 now.

L-baked potato beans and bacon bit of salad
D-roast chicken and salad
2 hifi
2 bananas
A yogurt (.5)
Tomato crisps (3)
I've been in a picky mood today... feel like the very hungry caterpillar Grin

I had a slight cough this morning so have taken a Covid test and have to isolate until I get the results. I will not let it derail me though!

I made a beef casserole last night and the smell overnight was amazing

Will divide into 4 and freeze

L sweet potato onion carrot soup and bread b

Been at a funeral today Sad hence the random lunch. I'm cooking spaghetti now to stop me eating anymore crap! Dh was trying to persuade me to go out for dinner but I'm not. We will have a bottle of wine and bad food then I will feel rough tomorrow and eat more crap and so it continues into the weekend... we are eating out on Saturday too so I'm being sensible tonight. Even though I don't feel like itGrin

L - leftover amatriciana with cheese (A)
D - Thai red curry (6)ish with rice

S - muller light crunch (2.5) skinny dream (4.5) and a bag of space raiders (3) I will go over by 2 syns today but honestly not that bothered as I've been swimming for the third time this week already tonight and I've been under syns on other days 😇

However I will aim to not snack except for on an apple and maybe a banana if needs be tonight.

lost 2.5lbs this week but of course had gained 2lbs over the last fortnight so it's now gone with a cheeky half pound with it! really need to be good again this week as have been hovering around this weight for weeks now and need to push through it, although going to a friends tomorrow for pizza and wine which won't help!

L - cheese toastie and the dregs of the tomato soup (HEA, HEB and 1/2 syn mayo for the toastie)

T - leftover spag bol with parmesan (HEA) and a slice of garlic bread (7 syns)

S - fruit and a wispa (8.5 syns)

been dreaming of the wispa since last night but managed to exercise some self control for a good loss Grin

I was planning to do Greek lamb kebabs for dinner tonight, was so looking forward to it but the Tesco shopping just arrived and they forgot my lamb - despite charging me for it! Can’t go out to the shops as still isolating while waiting for Covid results.
Oh well, I’ve changed the plan to chicken souvlaki which I’m sure will still be nice!

Thanks guys don't worry @Bl0ndi3 I would probably have laughed too! Because of Covid we couldn't have a buffet they had to give us plates of food so it was tricky not to eat when someone plonks a mountain of sandwiches and chips in front of you... fortunately dh helped me out Grin
