Thanks for all joining in on last thread And hello to anyone new

Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

To us all losing weight

B porridge with raspberries

L leftover salmon fillet from last night's tea, small jacket potato and salad

D Asian style turkey mince with green beans and spring onion with brown rice.

Well I lost a pound despite my weekend indiscretions so that's not too bad. Getting very close to my target weight now but this last half stone or so is proving difficult.
Today....
B- peanut butter on wholemeal toast 1.5 + HEB
Tea with milk from HEA
L - omlette with salad
Sour cherry skyr 2
D - paella. I haven't calculated the syns yet but probably only 2 or 3.
Snacks - fruit, when my Tesco order comes. The fruit bowl is empty at the moment!

L - butternut squash soup and a cheese and onion toastie (5 syns for coconut milk and mayo, HEA and HEB)

T - chilli and rice with ff yog and cheese (HEA)

S - apple and a slice of birthday cake Blush it would be rude not to! (10 syns)

@Blondeshavemorefun beans still count as 1 of 5 a day even if SW doesn't agree!

I've had more than one slice of cake today, and a freddo, and some doritos with tea - FFS! need to sort myself out, have lost all mojo last week and this week! Think I need to just write it off, draw the line now, accept my fate on weigh day Friday and really behave from next week.

My slim September isn't really going to plan...

no I gained 1lb last week @Blondeshavemorefun so hopefully I can claw myself back for a maintain this week and get my act together from Monday! And I always count beans as speed Grin so the more the better! At least it wasn't anything syntastic.

L - the last of my soup (4 syns) and some bread (HEB)

T - egg fried rice with onions, peppers, peas and spinach and mayflower curry sauce (4 syns)

S - apple, cheese (HEA) and a passion fruit - NO CAKE!!

Sorry been AWOL again haha was my 30th on Sunday so obviously had the weekend off plan and put on like 3/4lbs haha oh well.

Yesterday:

B - coffee a+2
L - chilli with whole grain rice (3 from a pack) and salad
D - frittata with butternut squash and salad

For snacks I just really nibbled on the things I made the OH and DS so I didn't allow myself any syns today as I probably used them up on stealing chips and Pringles hahah.

I did use my hex b for two skinny crunch and some natural yoghurt was lush

Today:

B - coffee half a+1
L - frittata with salad (only used one A portion and it gave 4 serves so I'll count as other half of my A
D - OH is taking me out for a meal so I'll be off plan not even bothering trying to choose smart we never go out just us so I am going to enjoy it been eyeing up the four cheese gnocchi on the menu haha it does have rocket with it tho so some speed at least haha

I'll try and not use any syns today so that it's not too bad of a day.

@Blondeshavemorefun no they're technically free but anything that's part of 5 a day is speed in my book, peas, bananas, sweetcorn, all speed to me 🤣 I'm really fussy with veg so see it as any veg is better than none!

@Bl0ndi3 hope you had a lovely birthday and a few pounds on isn't so bad, I've found big gains after a blowout fall off fairly quick once back on the diet train!

Oh my word had a lovely meal out last night and was surprised with extra guests at the table and a birthday cake.

Which is great.
But who can resist cake.
So my whole day today now has always been ruined as we have cake in the house and I had to have some obviously 😂🙄🙄

Feel really awful today because I have been really bad for nearly a week now and from being extremely motivated before I seem to have lost it all now!

Tomorrow is another day to start fresh I guess

Happy birthday @Bl0ndi3 - as long as you enjoyed yourself, you can always get back on plan again.

I’ve had a really stressful week at work and have eaten everything in sight Blush. However, today has been much better and I’ve managed to stick to plan for the first time this week:
B - banana
L - pesto pasta with veg and mozzarella (HEA)
D - salmon, potatoes, asparagus and tomatoes
S - 2 alpen lights (HEB), twister lolly (2)

I've been the same @Bl0ndi3 there's been lots of cake available this week and I've gained another 1lb 😕 have given myself a talking to and am back to behaving now!

today's plan:

B - toast with chocolate spread (HEB and 3 syns)

L - cheese sandwich (HEA, HEB as it's the kingsmill crustless bread so allowed 3 slices) and some quavers (4 syns)

T - salt and pepper chicken (1 syn cornflour) with SW chips and mayflower curry sauce (4 syns)

S - apple and some more cheese (HEA)

I’ve lost 2 lbs. very happy with that. I’ve been soooooooooooooooooo good

Obv today is Friday and cabin day so will have cake and small Chinese tonight but back to it tomorrow
