Starting 2019 with SW

Hi everyone
I'm getting back on track with SW, determined to lose at least a stone that I have been hanging onto for far too long!

Online shop done, tomorrow's meals planned thanks to the SW magazine - anyone else in a similar position and want to join?!

My first meeting is not until next Thursday but can't wait another week :)

Thought I would join the chat, I restarted SW 3 weeks ago and so far lost 5lb. My weigh days are Saturday and I'm a bit gutted I've not lost todayI've stuck to plan and also use nutra check to count my calories so don't go over too much on free foods.
Any advice please?

Hopefully not TMI but I find my monthly cycle really affects my numbers in the scales. Could this be the reason @elisha2004?

Weighed in saturday, lost 0.5kg 😂😂
After a quick conversion, something like 0.2lb...
But a loss is a loss!

Deliberately weighed yesterday morning as today was DPs birthday and all good eating has been out of the window...

Still time for a slice of birthday cake before it all resets tomorrow/Tuesday when I'm back on shift!

sazzle 0.5kg is more like 1.1lbs; I think? I seem to recall 1kg = 2.2lbs.. Anyway, either way a loss is a loss.
Elisha keep going. It can be so slow. I have stuck to plan like glue but only lost 1/2 last week. This week I have really upped the speed food. Weigh in tomorrow so will see..

Hey, I hope you don't mind me joining the chat! I rejoined group on Saturday. Got nearly 3 stone to lose. I am having trouble singing into the app as it takes me to a link to download other things from the Google play store. Is anyone else having problems with it?!

Thanks I will keep going and hope for a better loss this week. Anyone else find the SW app useless, can't find most items on there and it's really hard to find food planner

I don’t use the app as I had heard there were problems with it. I’m still going with my sp week. I’ve been so strict I really hope that shows at the scales. Finding being this strict is making me crave chocolate quite badly and I know I will go for a self-indulgent binge if I don’t have a decent loss!

Weighing in tonight. I don't feel as if I have had a good loss despite doing an sp week. I don't think I would recommend it, I've been really bored of my food and it's quite exhausting having to constantly over think and over plan everything. Mind you if I get a big loss of will be worth it i suppose. Anyone else weighing in today?

Lost 2 1/2 which I’m disappointed with. I’ve lost more than that in a normal sw week. I know it’s still a loss but I really was hoping for something more. Going to sit in the corner sulking now

Not back up to start weight, thank goodness, but still a gain...
Although for the amount of shit cake and eating out eaten for DPs birthday I'm surprised it wasn't more..
Not in a great place mentally today and out with DPs son for a birthday today but hopefully there will be healthy options available!

Sometimes you just need to enjoy yourself! I’m doing my second sp week but trying to drink lots of water as well. I hardly drink anything except coffee and Pepsi max so we shall see on Thursday if this makes any difference!

Hi everyone. Missed updating last week but I put in 2lb last week and this week lost 2 and a half lb so it's slowly coming off. Hope everyone has a good week .
