Hi all, congrats on getting to target groovee!
I've not been for ages, went about 3 weeks ago and was really annoyed as I had gained after staying on track all week. Been on holiday for a week with family which was fab, and now back, weigh in on Tuesday, so trying to stay on track now.
According to my scales, I'm ok, but would like to lose a bit by Tuesday to make sure I'm in the target range! I'm thinking of changing my target, I think I've set it too low, I am struggling to stay near it. Are you allowed to do that? I want to set it at 3lb higher than where it was.
