I've got all my books in front of me and I've been at it for an hour trying to set myself a meal plans for next week. I'm going to start this diet on Friday when I've got my shopping in. If I've got this right could I have for example:-

Bfast: 2 Weetabix + milk from HA
Lunch: 2 400g h/meal bread (HB) 2 slice lean ham, tom & cuc, apple & nectarine
Dinner: jack pot, beans, strawberries with Muller yoghurt
Evening Apple, muller light yoghurt and a naught Options Belgium choc???

Also could I put 30g Asda 30% lighter cheese on my spud, don't know what the syns are for that?
