There are lots of SW posts which I love reading but was finding it difficult to remember where to post my weigh in and menus for the day.

Hope no one minds me doing this......Smile

I am Calzone and I am 5ft 6'. I joined SW last week and weighed in at 14st 3lbs.
I am doing Dry January and think I have been pretty good this week with my food choices.....

Food today
B......fruit/tea with sk milk
L...2 bread, beans, 2 eggs
D....DH is doing Lebanese and promises it is SW friendly.Smile

So, if you want to do the same.....post and share, otherwise this will be my SW experience.SmileSmile

Today's diary,

B- scrambled egg & tomatoes
D- salmon with chilli broccoli & peas.

No hexb - a 6 syn saving as Lunch was 2 x KFC mini fillets coleslaw & half pack of fries.

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs on 1 x slice of nimble.

Lunch: Sunbites (6.5 syns) Sushi (2.5 syns) biscuit (2 syns). Banana.

Dinner: Jacket Potato and half a can of Heinz chilli beans (1. syn)

Snacks/Extras: Fage 0% fat with honey yogurt. (4.5 syns). Flora margarine for toast and jacket spud (1 syn)

17.5 syns.

Plus, 1 hour cardio exercise class.

red/green were the old style SW plans - green was vegetarian (& high carb), red was carnivore (low carb). The Healthy extras depended on which plan you were on on any given day. EE is pretty much the new SW plan.

You'll notice I slunk in. Went off plan yesterday. Friends came round all well meaning "We'll bring lunch" - which they bought. The brought me a chicken sandwich - sounded good. But actually it was a chicken club with mayo, bacon, cheese, butter....and a donut. Then the kids came home with flapjacks they made at school (and I had to try one) and then I had a "oh sod it" moment with some chocolate rice crispy cakes. Blush

So back on plan today.

Lost 2 pounds in my 7th week - which is fab but I'm irritatingly half a pound off that first stone!

It was pretty good, but today Im struggling to stay on track. Im exhausted which doesnt help. just want to climb into a bar of dairy milk.....or another club sandwich! Grin

Hi everyone

Monday

B-2 alpen light 1 coffee 70ml milk

L-ham omellet with beans

D- 1 birdseye peri peri chicken with carrots broccoli cauliflower sprouts and green beans 1 coffee 70ml milk

Tuesday

B-1coffee 70ml milk and a bannana

L-a salad with ham beetroot and pickle onions and a boild egg

Then everything went pair shaped as it was boiling hot out my partner decided to do a bbq so ended up eating
2 burgers with onions
1 hot dog with onions
5 bbq chicken wings
2 belly pork slices
Not all at once this was between 5 o'clock
And 11 o'clock
So am right back on track today
Today

B- bannana and strawberry muller light yogurt

L-2 toast whole meal heb beans and egg

D - jacket potato with beans and some salad

Also does it matter how many eggs you eat in a week on sw as since last Wednesday I have been through about 22 eggs having omellets and boild eggs and egg on toast

I've not counted the eggs I've had but used over 30 in 10 days,!!
I have omelette or scrambled most mornings. Not heard of any issue in eating tonnes. Some say about 'egg bound' not ime.

I was very excited to start sw. First two weeks lost 4 lb but now it's unbelievably soooo slow, not losing any at all. Tried sp all week weigh in today, so frustated, don't know what to do. I am very happy for you all losing all that weight. I will be happy with even one pound a week but don't see happening.

Rubbish Day!

I am due on and was really hoping to not let it get in the way of my healthy eating but it has...craving carbs and very fatigue.

Breakfast: 2 x poached eggs 1 x nimble.

Lunch: (from the cafe at work) Jacket Potato and (a lot) of Coronation Chicken... no idea how many syns were in that. Diet Coke.

Dinner: a large portion of macaroni cheese. Made by a chef friend. It tasted AMAZING!!!!!

Snacks: Banana & a flat white from Nero.

I will write off today - first major slip up in weeks...I will forgo the Chinese I was going to have Saturday and hopefully will even it out (kinda!)

Decided not to weigh myself this week with being due on my period. I am bound to be a 1 or 2 heavier and I don't want it to get me down.

Yes holdford I did, put half a pound on. How on earth I have no idea. My typical day is:
B: overnight oats with ff yougart and frozen berries or bran flakes with skimmed milk
L: home made chicken or tuna or egg salad ( cucumber, lettuce, peppers, tomatoes and celery)
D: sw pasta or lamb tegien or something sw friendly with lots and lots of steam ss veg
Hexa: milk in teas and coffee ( 3 drinks)
Hexb: oats or bran flakes
Snacks: orange, apple, banana, nectrine, carrot and celery sticks
Syns: may be sometime peri peri sauce or lighter than light mayo, hifi bar.
That's it really, can't force myself to eat any more. I am just thinking may be I am eating too much.

You're not eating too much. It's either:

  1. A stall week because you've lost so well the last 2 weeks - normal
  2. You're not fat and don't have much to lose Grin
  3. A gremlin came in your room and poured melted chocolate into your mouth while you slept

Well done kitty, 3 wines and a gin is a normal Wednesday evening here too. We try no drinking on a school night but we've not got any one in school nowGrin

Yesterday was

Omelette & tomatoes
Leftover cottage pie
Fruit & ff yogurt
Sw frozen burgers chips & mega salad.
Did gym for an hour. Should of gone this morning but going teen shopping and that's enough for one person to cope with.
